I’m really impressed by the experience. The clinic contacted me immediately, asked the right questions, and were very patient with my follow up. I stayed there for almost a week and the hotel they connected me with was great. I did have an issue with my driver picking me up on time but they contacted me immediately to let me know what was happening. The clinic was very patient when my bank ran into some issues and I was able to successfully have both my treatments, the stem cell and main procedure for 4600 grafts. The washing was great and they were helpful with what I needed to do for the next 10 days. I’m eager about the progress and I’m looking forward to my results.

My experience at Vera Clinic was genuinely enjoyable. I was quite naturally apprehensive before travelling but their communication was very reassuring. My consultant, Siham, was never pushy but was very responsive and informative. They also supplied me with all the information I needed upon arrival. Once I had arrived, I was collected as expected and dropped off at a very comfortable and luxurious hotel. It couldn’t be a comfier place for such an experience. On the day of the operation, my translator made me feel very much at ease and from that point onwards the operation was very comfortable. It very much felt like I was taken care of. I was able to lay back with one ear-pod in and listen to an podcast as the surgeons and technicians went to work. They kept me updated throughout and I was very relaxed. Afterwards, everyone was very kind and gave clear explanations of the next steps. The aftercare day was much the same with very friendly, professional, informative and caring staff. And then it was home time. I’ll say, the experience was super easy and smooth. The injections were painful (9/10) but they only last about 5 mins and the staff are super delicate and reassuring. And the hotel they put you in couldn’t be better as it’s great to come back to a comfortable location with 24/7 room service. The after-care service has been great too. My after-care provider is called Merve and they got in touch soon after I’d got home, letting me know when they’d be in touch in the future. Sure enough, they haven’t missed a beat and have always been helpful whenever I’ve had followup questions. I look forward to speaking with Merve and getting further advice.

Vera Clinic truly provided exceptional service from start to finish. From the moment Beyza reached out to me until I left after my surgery, the experience was seamless. If it hadn’t been for her, my first point of contact, I may have considered other options and possibly regretted my decision.

Dr. Mahir Yildiz, who performed my procedure, was thorough in explaining every detail and was incredibly patient. He took the time to ensure that I fully understood all aspects of my choices, which put my mind at ease. Despite feeling nervous and anxious, the professionalism of the entire team made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in excellent hands.

As someone traveling from the USA, I initially had concerns about communication, but the clinic provided English-speaking translators who were incredibly helpful. They made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process, and you could tell that they genuinely enjoyed their work.

The cleanliness of the clinic was impeccable. The facility is maintained to the highest standards, and the staff consistently ensured everything was spotless. I’m now two weeks post-op and still in the early stages of my recovery, but I’m hopeful that the results will align with what I envisioned. I’m off to a great start, and I’m extremely grateful to everyone at Vera Clinic for making this experience so positive.

After I first reached out to Vera, Adam contacted me and he was my consultant. He was very informative and professional. Any questions I had were answered right away.

The whole package you get, from transfers to hotel and the procedure itself is second to none. Very fast and smooth process.

Now I am in the recovery process, Lea is looking after me. Ensuring I am at full health and feeling good. Explained the ht update photos and how often they would like updates. So it’s not like you’re in for the procedure and then they forget about you. They really do take pride in their work.
