Clinic Wise Review

Ich bin vor Kurzem nach Istanbul gereist, um mich operieren zu lassen, und möchte meine positive Erfahrung teilen. Nach unserer Ankunft am Flughafen wurden meine Freundin und ich herzlich empfangen und direkt abgeholt. Wir wurden sofort zur Klinik gebracht, um die notwendigen Voruntersuchungen durchzuführen. Anschließend wurden wir ins Antswell Hotel gefahren, wo wir die erste Nacht verbrachten.

Am Abend vor der Operation durfte ich nichts essen oder trinken, wie es üblich ist. Früh am nächsten Morgen wurden wir erneut zur Wise Klinik gebracht, wo meine Operation durchgeführt wurde. Alles war sehr gut organisiert und verlief reibungslos. Die Operation war erfolgreich, und ich verbrachte eine Nacht in der Klinik. Dort wurde ich hervorragend versorgt; das medizinische Personal war sehr professionell und aufmerksam, was mir viel Sicherheit und Ruhe gegeben hat.

Nach meinem Klinikaufenthalt verbrachte ich weitere 4 Tage im Antswell Hotel, das sehr komfortabel und perfekt für die Erholungszeit nach der Operation war. Der gesamte Ablauf war hervorragend organisiert, und am Ende meines Aufenthalts wurden wir pünktlich zurück zum Flughafen gebracht.

Während des gesamten Prozesses stand mir meine Koordinatorin Lina zur Seite. Sie hat eine wichtige Rolle dabei gespielt, dass alles reibungslos und stressfrei verlief. Lina war jederzeit für mich da, besuchte mich regelmäßig sowohl in der Klinik als auch im Hotel und kümmerte sich um all meine Anliegen. Sie war immer freundlich, professionell und warmherzig, was meinen Aufenthalt enorm erleichtert hat. Sie konnte alle meine Fragen sofort beantworten und hat mir das Gefühl gegeben, bestens betreut zu sein.

Ich bin sehr dankbar für den hervorragenden Service – angefangen bei der Organisation des Transports über die medizinische Betreuung bis hin zur persönlichen Unterstützung durch Lina. Der gesamte Ablauf war wirklich angenehm und gut durchdacht.

Ich kann diese Erfahrung nur weiterempfehlen, insbesondere für alle, die eine Operation im Ausland in Betracht ziehen. Lina und das gesamte Team haben es geschafft, einen potenziell stressigen Prozess einfach, sicher und angenehm zu gestalten.

Dr. Ersin is not only a highly skilled and talented doctor but also someone who genuinely cares about his patients. From the initial consultation to the follow-up visits, his dedication and compassion were evident every step of the way. The staff was equally amazing—always friendly, attentive, and professional. I have had 2 very large procedures done at this clinic: one with Dr Ersin Gonullu—a tummy tuck, BBL, 360 liposuction, and breast lift—the other with Dr Hakan—a face lift, neck lift, brow lift, chin implant, and lower eyelid surgery. Both procedure’s results are excellent and I have absolutely no complaints. In fact, the results of each procedure were better than I expected and I am already planning my next visit to this same clinic for another large procedure: an arm lift, thigh lift, and breast augmentation. When traveling from your own country to a country that is very different, it’s a little scary, but this clinic has both times made me feel like family. They will go out of their way to solve any issues that you have, or at least they did for me. You will likely leave Istanbul with new friends. I know I have. There were so many people that helped me during these trips that I came to believe it must not only be the clinic but the city and country. Clinic wise does an excellent job of representing Istanbul and you will leave Istanbul in love with it, partially because of this clinic. There are more people than I can remember that assisted me. But some of their names are Dr Gonullu, Dr Hakan, Burcu, Sheyma, Aicha, Atakan, Ömer, Ahmet, Joseph, Berre and Aleyna. I believe that if any of these people do something for you, they do it with all of their heart. You are in good hands—especially with Sheyma. She was the consultant for my second trip and was always available to help, whether I was at home in America, or in Turkey. The first trip, my husband accompanied me so that during my recovery, he could go to the store for anything I needed. The second trip however, I went alone and was very nervous since he would not be present. It turned out though, I didn’t need him, because I had Sheyma . Anything I needed, (bottled water, pads, a neck pillow, etc.), all I had to do was let her know and she would send someone with it. Since I left, we have become very good friends! We talk LIKE EVERYDAY, no longer just about my recovery, but about life in general! We’re making plans on my next trip to do breakfast together, and she’s offered to take me on a REAL tour of Istanbul. I absolutely adore her she is a sweetheart .

I had a really lovely experience, I felt safe from start to finish. Everybody was so kind and I recovered so quickly. The hotels were gorgeous and Jenny and Ramazan really looked after me. I am really happy with the results and everything was very clean and sterile. The nurses were so helpful and the medication was like clockwork. Overall amazing experience 🙂

It has now been 3 months since the surgery. I love my results the surgeon Dr Hakan Demirel did a great job, I would definitely recommend him to others. After the surgery, I returned back to the UK. The After Service Care Team continued to message me numerous of times to see how my recovery is going and to see how I’m progressing which was very thoughtful. I was slightly nervous going to a different country however the very friendly staff made my experience easy and stress free. I’ve had a great time with Clinic Wise, the staff have been so helpful and have gone out of their way to make sure I have been comfortable and stress free throughout my surgery journey. Clinic Wise is excellent! From my coordinator Ramazan to Dr Hakan who did my surgery and especially nurse Berre. Everyone was really nice and attentive. Every question I had was answered and they made me feel very comfortable. I was nervous about my surgery but Dr Hakan made me feel safe and assured and did an amazing job on my breast reduction. After my surgery, everyone I had interacted with during the process visited me (Ramazan, Atakan, Cihan and Dr Hakan). The whole process went really smoothly, and it was great not having to worry about getting to and from the hospital and hotel as they took care of everything. A very special thank you to nurse Berre for my messages and getting me pineapple to help with the swelling from my surgery. I really appreciate and love my experience so far. Can’t wait to see my final results.
