Entire experience is been very smooth. Well communicated and coordinated

They held up their end of the deal, no doubt I was skeptical. I think anyone doing this for the first time should try to find someone who has done it before to explain it better from being picked up at the airport to going home and everything in between. That being said, I was very happy with my experience and I’m looking forward to the final results.

Operation went well. Looking forward to seeing the results. Staff was very friendly and took care of me very well well.

I give the surgery 5 stars the surgeon and staff were very efficient and great at what they do.

Couple things that were not 5 star is the pick up from the airport. Also I had asked if I was getting stem cell treatment as well before coming.

But when here is was actually at 1300 US dollar additional charge.

How ever they did give for 1100.

I believe these guys are very skilled and should be able to tell by the photos if they are recommending stem cell or not.

There was 3 of us and we did all do the stem cell.

Staff and surgeon very nice and professional.

I just returned back from my trip to Lenus Clinic in Instanbul. I had a good experience with my hair procedure there. I did a lot of research and spoke to a lot of clinics and ultimately decided to go with Lenus. They have great reviews, I had all of my questions answered and even did a video conference with the doctor before going. All I had to do was book my flight and put down a small deposit and they made all of the arrangements. They booked the hotel and took care of all of my transportation needs from the airport to the clinic to the hotel and back. The Hotel I stayed at was comfortable. Lenus clinic operates out of the “Academic Hospital” in a few of the procedure rooms there. It was a nice, clean and hygienic facility that felt similar to clinics I have been to here in the USA. The staff was great, the doctor seemed very knowledgeable and concerned about doing a great job. The technicians where the ones removing the follicles and implanting them after the doctor made the precise incisions into my scalp. Im not going to lie, the numbing of the scalp part was extremely painful, but once my scalp was numb the procedure lasted about 6 hours. At times it was uncomfortable and boring, especially with having an IV in my arm which caused discomfort. I do want to thank Beyza, she accompanied me during the whole process, she was the English translator and spoke English very well and made sure I had everything I needed and explained each step of the process along the way making me feel very comfortable. My procedure lasted until 8:30pm and it was nice that dinner was ready for me eat after a long and exhausting day. All of the staff there from the doctor to the technicians and assistants were very kind and professional, I could tell they were concerned about my safety and making sure the procedure was successful. Here are a few observations. When I arrived at the clinic I was asked to read and sign probably 12 pages of disclosures and statements about the procedure and understanding. I skimmed through them, but I would have been nice to have had those documents sent to me before the procedure so i could have more closely read through them and asked any questions. I was slightly surprised by the upselling of products and procedures while I was there. It was recommend that I do a Stem cell treatment which would strengthen my existing hair and help the grafted hair, which was almost half the cost of the entire procedure. After some back and forth negotiating we ended upon a price and i agreed to the procedure, but I wish I would have known that was going to be an option or even recommend so I could have done more research as to see If it was indeed a value added upgrade. I was also presented with up to a years worth of hair products for an additional price, which I didn’t purchase, but it was interesting to learn of these products that can increase the successfulness of the procedure and my hair growth/health long term. Overall I am happy with my experience at Lenus clinic, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a hair transplant procedure. Thank you to all the staff I interacted with both in person and via WhatsApp, they all made this a good experience for me, and I am hopeful for a good outcome in the future.
