I had very awesome experience here. There was first video conference consultation and then I booked on available slot. I was kept updated via WhatsApp. On the day of surgery I was very well looked after by Doctor M Ditta and his staff from morning until evening. Each step was planned and performed meticulously. You can ask any questions on WhatsApp after surgery and you get immediate response. Extremely friendly and compassionate team.

Dr Ditta and his team and overall I’ve had a good experience. From my first consultation through to the operation and aftercare, everything was straightforward. They’ve been very contactable and responsive throughout with a very professional approach. As far as my own results so far, Dr Ditta and his team have done a great job. I don’t have any visible scaring at the donor site and have healed remarkably well at the recipient site. As with everyone, I’ll have to wait 9-12 months to see the final result but already I’m relieved to stop stressing about my lack of hair!

For those looking for a reasonably priced HT with a pragmatic and professional but friendly service, I can happily recommend.

My experience with Harley Street Hair Transplant has been fantastic straight from my first communication on 27/04/24 which was about my eyebrow hair transplant with the amazingly lovely Sara (Lead Patient Advisor). Was only 3 days later my free consultation via video call with the amazing Doctor Mohammed Ditta. Dr Ditta has a great energy and shows his compassion and confidence on helping me to get the confidence back from total eyebrow hair loss, which I never deemed possible. He was very informative of the procedure that was being held in Manchester clinic and putting me at ease by answering all my questions. So as of 20/06/24 I am now on day 5 post op and it has been a journey. Sara has been with me every step of the way answering all questions, checking in on me regularly and supporting me through this process.

Day of procedure was so settling that I didn’t have time to be over thinking. The very cheerful warm welcoming lady at the front of house on entry to then being greeted by harley street hair transplant director Yannis who is great, he was funny, welcoming and just so caring, being supportive throughout the whole procedure popping in checking on me and even helping me exit building after procedure which to me is a company of kindness. Dr Ditta in person was fantastic with warm energy and patience he explained everything in detail ensuring my comfort throughout the procedure and his two lovely girls on his team were amazing. He ensured I had an understanding of the after care process to ensure best results and ensuring support from the company if anything is needed. Still having regular communication ensuring my recovery is still going well, which is it!! Confident in my eyebrow hair transplant journey!

Really good company! Staff were very helpful and friendly during the before, during and after process. Would definitely recommend.

If anyone is thinking big having this procedure done I would highly recommend it to be done here. I’m so excited to see the new hair growth starting and it’s only 3 mths since the procedure. The surgeon was absolutely first class and the after care is amazing. Regular check ups and in between checks you can pick the phone up and speak to them even if it’s just for reassurance.

My experience overall was very good. From the initial contact and communication I had with Sara to the day of surgery. I am past the 12 month mark (Trustpilot doesn’t let me put in my date of experience before a year ago today for some reason) and I’m very happy with the results of my hair transplant. Aftercare has also been great with regular contact with the team. Overall I would recommend to anyone looking to get a hair transplant with Harley Street HT Clinics. Rhys.

I visited the clinic near Manchester a little over a month ago and have been very happy with the service to date. It’s too early to see the results yet but I am pretty optimistic as it all went to plan. The engagement before, during and after was faultless. Quick responses to any queries and good after care/follow up. The day itself, as expected, is quite long and be prepared for possible swelling after. The first few days after it were a little rough, but that was explained to me before hand. That said, i was up and out and about by day 3 and worked from home OK throughout all of it. The surgery itself went well and I was very impressed with Dr Tetiana and her team, they helped a long day go as best as can be expected, worked hard and were good company throughout. Sara has also followed up regularly since. Very happy to recommend and good luck.

I had my previous review removed so I am re-adding it now and being very careful with what I say. As I have had an interaction with this business, it has been quite negative. There is DODGY setup going on with two very similarly named businesses called harleystreethairplant. One is .org and one is .co.uk. They may or may not be related, eg current or former business partners. Again I can’t say anymore because I am being silenced by them.

Basically I warn ANY customer to be HIGHLY cautious interacting with this business. I have personally lost £1000 to a deposit for surgery that never happened, I never got a refund and now I am initiating a chargeback via my credit card company. It has taken heaps of my time and effort and I have been lied to by an individual who I can’t name as my last review was removed. I recommend steering clear of this business.
