Longevita Review

The whole experience was excellent.

From the planning and booking the treatment, to getting assured with booking flights, collection from the airport and the treatment itself the company and all the staff were nothing but professional and attentive.

The agent (Mert) who was assisting me in Turkey was excellent and a perfect ambassador for the company.

The team at Longevita ensured my questions were answered… I appreciate the care they took to make me feel comfortable!!!

Great experience with Longevita! They looked after me the whole trip and offer free aftercare and advice for a year after. I would recommend for a hair transplant here!

The whole journey from beginning to end was very smooth. There was a lot of information given at the right stages and any person that was dealt with during the process was knowledgeable and relayed it back to myself in a timely manner.

The day after the procedure, everyone was just as helpful with the aftercare to be carried out at home.

Very satisfying

I had a really good experience with longevita, really happy I went ahead and have had the hair transplant done, I am back home. The beginning is speaking via what’s app, then if suitable for the procedure you can pay and deposit and book a date in to have the transplant done, this date is only secured once your flight has been confirmed, you are met at the pick up point and taken to your hotel, which was lovely I had a view of the whole skyline. Then next day breakfast then pick up and taken to the clinic, everyone was so nice and friendly, the surgeon marks out on your head outlines of areas where the folicals will be transplanted. The worst part was the needles going in to numb your head after that you don’t feel anything. I felt time went quickly as it took about 8 hours start to finish you do have a break for lunch, you are awake for the procedure and are aware of your surrounds and what is going on. Relax, that evening I did have a slight headache coming on (to be expected after a procedure on your head but I took a painkiller and it was fine. Next morning breakfast and collected at hotel again and taken to the clinic to have my head washed and for a check up, Gizem Erturk was on hand to answer any questions you have and to explain everything and the aftercare, after this I was taken to the airport to catch my flight home. There was other people about who had also had hair transplants done. Once home have still remain in contact and I have had a call from the London clinic aswel which was nice. I spent two year thinking about this and I am so happy so far with my decision to go ahead. I went alone but you can take a companion. There was another two guys I met at the hotel who was using longevita aswel and they were both solo aswel, I was worried going alone but I felt safe at all times and you are collected and dropped off everywhere so not left to wonder about unless you wish to explore. I did have a walk and found axis Istanbul which was about 15 min walk from hotel with lots shops and restaurants. So to summarise if you and thinking about doing it go head only regret I have is not going ahead sooner to get this done. Thank you so much longevita, I will keep you updated on the progress.

Dirty hospital and staff who aren’t practicing healthy operations.

I first visited this company 5 years ago and as I’ve worked in health and social care had a good experience with clean professional staff.

When I visited this year it was a total different experience. I was stood waiting at Istanbul Airport over and hour calling the UK office for my included transport.

Then the morning of the transplant my transport didn’t arrive for another hour.

I noticed the hospital had changed and looked dirty and staff members had changed.

The very young guys cutting my hairs out my head and transplantation later was on their mobile phones chatting to mates constantly. Which is a major cross infection breach. My transport driver was in and out my operation room like you couldn’t believe.

Honestly the equipment was so dirty of which I took photos I was worried sick.

After returning to the UK I had to visit my doctor as my head had infection in 4 areas. I was so disappointed.

I would add that the translation lady was very professional and helpful, just a shame the guys doing the work was practicing such poor standards.

Highly recommend Longevita for anyone looking for a hair transplant.

I was recommended this by my friend, and it was the best decision. They look after you from start to finish, you don’t have to stress or worry about any admin or booking arrangements, they sort everything out for you from the minute you get off the plane to the minute you fly home. Very easy process.

The procedure went very well, they provided lunch and transportation to the appointments and they keep in contact with me even 2 weeks after the surgery to make sure everything is okay and if I need any advice.

Zuhal was my patient coordinator and was extremely helpful and professional, perfect English and she gave me my itinerary for everything and answered my messages and questions very quickly.
