I am writing this review as I have experienced a near miss with a dodgy hair transplant company.
I paid £4000 pounds for a hair transplant back in September 2023, after numerous cancellations of the procedure I decided not to go ahead with the surgery.
They are quick to take your money, but not so to deliver the results. They (Dr.Kalra & Kevin Quest), are not part of the Harley Street Hair Transplant Clinic, they are a separate company that have been poaching customers away from HSHTC.
After numerous text messages, I get very little contact back from Kevin. However, when I send a text saying if there is no refund in my account (which Dr.Kalra & Kevin Quest have promised) I will speak to a solicitor, I get a reply straight away. Funny that!
In addition to this I have been in contact with other people that have left reviews on Trust Pilot regarding the company run by Dr.Kalra & Kevin Quest and they have had experiences the same as mine – paid upfront and got nothing but excuses in return!
I have not had the surgery and am very thankful that alarm bells rang when they did.
Latest Update!
I have been promised a refund from this company which was agreed at a rate of £1000 per month starting from June. This never happened!
It then became £500 per month from July. That never happened either!
It now has been confirmed that a new company has been set up between Kevin Quest and an investor who can afford to refund me £4000 in full on the 11th October. That hasn’t happened either!
So now, it is looking like I am £4000 out of pocket through no fault of my own.
I will close this review and advise anybody who is considering a hair transplant to think twice about this company who operate under the name of hairtransplant-clinics.org
They are NOT part of the Harley Street Hair Transplant Clinic!
Please do your research before parting with any money and make double sure you are dealing with the actual Harley Street Hair Transplant Clinic.

This is the second time I have had to put the review up on Trust pilot.
I had a great experience with this Clinic, the team were very professional and always talking to me Dr Kalra is very professional and took great care of me during my treatment and throughout the aftercare process of my hair transplant.
Fantastic experience from start to finish with Dr Kalra and team, I put my trust in them with this transplant and so far I am very happy. Would absolutely recommend Harley street clinic to anyone looking for a hair transplant as they really will take care of you. Dr Kalra’s work is a work of art, he really listens to his patients and delivers.

My hairline and middle part on my scalp,he gave me maximum density he also told me my crown would require some prp so I am now book in for my first prp sessions.
Everyone at the clinic on the day of my procedure we’re excellent, Dr Kalra explained everything and made me feel at ease. I had great aftercare as well form Kev and Dr Being able to WhatsApp both of them is great. Would recommend.
Dr Kalra and Kevin were great and so friendly and welcoming. I could not recommend Harley street enough. I’m looking forward to seeing the results come through over the next 12 -14 months.
I was recommended to contact Kevin regarding a hair transplant through my brother who had previously had one through Kevin. Kevin replied very quickly and we had a phone consultation the same day which was very informative and answered any questions I had. I was then booked in for surgery very quickly (November). I cannot fault the process so far and I am looking forward to having the procedure done next month!

Dr Kalra and his team are on levels . This so possibly one of the best clinics around.
Kevin has always been in contact with myself and my wife to ensure my progress is what is should be.
