My experience here was horrendous. I had

Implants which turned out to be cemented in, not implants at all . On arrival home I was admitted to hospital due to the botched work . I was bullied into paying twice the original stated price .im a pensioner on a limited budget. They had me empty my bank and purse . Alex my coordinator is a snake , smiling in my face yet robbing me blind . I had to have all the teeth removed. Please take notice do not use this clinic . I’m now taking legal action against this company of scammers!!

So the transplanted area is ok, it has been 4 months and my donor area has visible scarring from the procedure, it will never look good cut short. I have asked for my medical certificate to see how many grafts were taken but they ignore my messages on WhatsApp. So in terms of customer support I’d say it has been quite poor which is upsetting. I had high hopes for this clinic.

The hair transplant procedure itself was satisfactory, and the staff were very professional in their technical execution. However, there were significant issues that detracted from the overall experience.

One of the major concerns was the lack of privacy during the procedure. It felt like anyone could come in and record without permission, which was quite uncomfortable. The clinic seemed overly focused on promoting their services, frequently recording every moment, even after expressing discomfort and requesting them to stop. This relentless promotion felt intrusive and disrespectful to personal boundaries.

Another disappointing aspect was the aggressive push to purchase additional products. It seemed like the staff were more interested in upselling unnecessary products rather than focusing on patient care. This approach felt more like a sales tactic than a genuine concern for the patient’s well-being.

Additionally, the translators provided didn’t offer much help. Communication was unclear, and I often felt left in the dark about what was happening during the procedure. Better communication and transparency would have greatly improved the experience.

Avoid that place, waste of money and no results

Had an endoscopic brow lift. Biggest mistake ever. This clinic is not known for surgeries. I’ve been suffering from complications for the past 7 months and now I have to do a revision for 4x the price due to my vision being affected. Sad part is all my consultations are asking for the surgeon name or technique and they’re refusing to disclose any of the information. DO not risk getting botched here!

Beware of this place because they do not have good experience. After a year of hair transplantation in this place, I am now looking for another place to fix what they ruined in my head. I am very upset and feel disappointed.
