Attelia Health Tour Review

I came to Attelia after some research, and message them about 7 months ago about coming. They responded everyday I had questions, and were very helpful with the process. They picked me up from and to the airport, as well as gave me rides from the hotel to the clinic, and the clinic back to the hotel. I would very much refer anyone who wants to get their teeth done to come here, they even helped me with places to go since I am based in America, and had no idea where to go in Antalya. While at the clinic, Husain was my English to Turkish translator, and he was awesome. He helped me understand what the doctor wanted, and was even helping me with instructions on when I should eat, what I should when I got back to the hotel, and after care. I would 100% recommend Attelia!

I had my teeth whitening done at Attelia Clinic, and it was a great experience. They offered a free consultation prior to the treatment, during which I expressed my concerns about the potential outcomes, considering the condition of my teeth. The staff was incredibly transparent and honest, addressing all my worries thoroughly. Communication was smooth, and there were no issues at all. Overall, I’m very happy with the service I received! The price of the treatment was equivalent to the one in Southern Europe.

Absolutely faultless from start to finish could have asked for any better service .

Today I want to give you the details of a REAL review, not the ones that have been paid for on trustpilot, or the reviews they heavily encourage you to make straight after having your treatment and before the real problems start. I’m going to tell you about the “work” that did on me including their failings and subsequent threats and intimidation tactics. Firstly there seems to be a couple of clinics called Attelia, so I have put the logo of the correct clinic for reference.

So what did they do wrong

1. Serious amounts of decay left behind on several teeth, but most concerning two

teeth that would have undoubtably resulted in tooth loss (see attached images)

this has been verified by several dentists as being unethical at best and negligent

at worst. They basically hurried the job and crowned decay.

2. Three root canals missed which were leading to pain.

3. Crowns fitted incorrectly leaving large gaps between the teeth and the gums. They told me this was normal for cleaning. I’m pretty sure that you shouldn’t be able to touch the shaven down tooth!!!

4. Unnecessary and Incorrectly applied sets of pairs of twos and threes bridges

leading to discomfort whilst eating, cracking sensation and general pain.

5. An incorrectly aligned implant that will require a special abutment to rectify or

worst case the removal of the implant.

6. They wanted to remove a perfectly salvageable tooth which has been fully

restored by my new clinic. I can only assume this was for speed purposes

7. Incorrect bite alignment leading to issues and pain when eating

8. I asked for individual crowns before I left the UK, on arrival I was told that my only option was to have bridges everywhere instead of individual crowns, I was told that it was impossible, I’m not a dentist so I went with their professional opinion . Yet here I am today with perfectly fine set of individual crowns, and all of the above issues are now resolved. When I challenged their decision to not make them individual, they then did a complete 180 degree turn and kindly offered to change them all to individual crowns for the additional sum of £3600!! So clearly it could, and should have been done originally.

In fairness to them, they did offer to look at my concerns under warranty, but I had lost all faith in this clinic by then. It now transpires that my fears are correct as they have threatened me with legal action and criminal charges for speaking up.

This is my own personal experience and I’m sure people (including celebrities and YouTubers who I’m sure they pay extra attention to) have no issues with their teeth. However I would highly recommend you don’t have this company in your top 20 list. I have a friend that I have met on this group who I won’t name and she has had exactly the same issues.

This clinic used to have a good name, but that was years ago now and I fear the good dentists have moved on. Now they are operating like a tooth factory and you are on a conveyor belt, get them in and out as quickly as possible, take the money…..next!!

Please avoid at all costs if you value your smile

Very professional and curious, took care of me very well from start to finish and gave me very good advice on oral hygiene.

Great facilities and services. Helpful, courteous and professional doctors and support staff. Guided me through the options and procedure. Treatment itself was top notch as well. Felt safe and briefed about what was happening. All in all a good experience
