I have recently returned from having surgery in turkey which I booked through booking surgery. The process from start to finish has been phenomenal and still on going as my coordinator is still happy to help with any questions I have post op. My co ordinator was Robert Campell, he’s truly been fantastic, at the beginning he was great at responding to my worries and always making me feel at ease, and even now post op with anything I need, I never have to wait long for a response from him. Truly lovely person. I have to say all the coordinators are brilliant and happy to help with questions.

Booking surgery as a whole has been brilliant, the social media groups, the support etc, they have everything from transfers, which is brilliant as they help so much with the airport when returning back home, the translators in the hospitals, they were fantastic, nothing was ever too much. What I really love about booking surgery is that you can take a companion with you who can share your room with you. This is an absolute game changer from other companies and I truly hope this remains in place. When booking loads of info is given re the surgeons and the hospitals. I was so happy with my surgeon and hospital, surgeon was fantastic, professional and respectful, the hospital was so modern, hotel like.

I highly highly recommend booking surgery and I will definitely be using them in the not so distance future again.

I have just had surgery at Medistanbul with Dr Yalcin. I had 360fdl and breast uplift.

The experience from start to finish has been outstanding. Interpretators Lily, Morgan, Naz and Frank where quick to solve any issues that I came across and were super friendly.

I personally never had any issues with the food at the hospital. I just never had much of an appetite after surgery but gave things a try.

All in all a wonderful experience to be had and I would definitely recommend

I know this amazing team since 2017 specially Basak, she is a sweet person that was always by “my side” though I am in Ireland and she is in Turkey.

Due to a complication caused by the removal of my gallbladder in Ireland, they caused a huge issue to my stomach, I need to urgently correct what was wrongly done. I contacted Basak and in the space of a month I had all booked and was travelling to Turkey to sort my health problem.

I did a bypass with Dr Ali Tardu but let me tell you all since I arrived.

Landed in the airport on Thursday and the transfer was there waiting for me and my husband. When we arrived in the hospital (that I keep calling it hotel as it seems more a hotel than a hospital) there was the translator waiting for me from bookingsurgery.com, took me to the room where me and my husband were going to stay.

Big room with closet, sofa, toilet, and 2 beds. Was waiting for us as well our dinner (different as I was going for the surgery next day) fruits and water.

The same day I went to several exams as they do not proceed with any surgery without making sure we are ok to do it. Friday morning Dr Ali Tardu visited me in the room to let me know what was going to happen, after the anesthesia doctor came as well, I was weighted, and all bloods done Thursday and Friday.

Went to the surgery room and came back to my room in few hours and all the pos-surgery work started.

Nurses 24/7 around me, pain killers, all medicines needed were there waiting for me. Then started the recovering process, walking (walked already on Friday few hours after the surgery) and drinking small sips of water on Saturday. Was able to have a shower Sunday and the best of the best, I was able to go out for a walk on Monday.

Yes, 3 days after the surgery I was walking outside the hospital.

I fly back to Ireland Tuesday next.

I do not have enough words to thank Basak, Mike my coordinator, Bruce and all the translators team that was 24/7 in the hospital.

To all the nurses, the cleaning ladies, everyone made my stay there excellent.

Thank you for all the meals my husband had, the snacks, all that was provided to him while being my company in the hospital, nothing lacked to him.

I brought with me all necessary documents, the medicines needed to pass in the airport and present to my work place.

People might be scared but this team are highly professionals and their aim is our comfort, health and wellbeing.
