After speaking with Jay and taking all his recommendations for the best surgeons to go with, I couldn’t be happier.

The process from start to finish was so swift and seamless, I was surprised it felt that quick and easy.

Everyone there were extremely helpful from start to finish and explained every part of the process and the after care videos were extremely useful.

Jay the owner called me today after I sent an online enquiry. He was really friendly and thoroughly explained the process and had answers for any of the many questions I put forward. The hair transplant market is a bit of a minefield and I’ve found it looking in to it slightly overwhelming but what set Cavendish apart was the personal touch Jay gave and how he explained the business to me. He openly gave me the name of the surgeons that I could choose from and gave me the time to do my own research and to look at their portfolios and check their reviews myself as obviously it is a massive decision.

Initially I was a little concerned as it is a relatively new business and it didn’t have loads of reviews but once I understood Jay had spent 10 years working elsewhere in the same industry and started this up but using highly experienced hair transplant surgeons it gave me all the reassurance I needed.

My procedure is booked for early new year and I am really looking forward to it and if the service is anything like what I have received to date I am sure I will be writing another 5 star review when it is done.

I went from being slightly sceptical to actually looking forward to surgery, and that is due to the team at Cavendish hair clinic.

I was very reluctant even in enquiring about hair transplant as it felt so personal. However after my first meet with the consultant, I left feeling a lot more confident about it all. I arranged another visit which then they shown me examples of other people’s journeys which was the deciding factor for me. I understood for myself the longer I left it, could risk of never having a hair transplant.

I did look into 1 other clinic and also had another consultation however I didn’t get the experience. The whole consultation felt a bit rushed and we was kept on being interrupted by other doctors.

This team were very professional and accommodating with my busy schedule. Kept me updated through my appointments to the surgery day. Even provided a follow up after care service. Fast forward a few weeks later, I feel more confident than I ever felt and I feel like I made 100% the right decision.
