I contacted CFS a few months ago online as a
Last resort before I was about to give up due to fielding for help locally but getting nowhere. I submitted an enquiry online and I was contacted following day by Nikesh and after some doubts my end as to if issue could be sorted he forwarded some photos to the surgeon Mr Qiang Kwong. Mr Kwong reviewed the photos and I was told the issue could be improved and made my way to London. Mr Kwong spent a good hour may be more with me over the time and was very clear he could help but only to a certain extent it was more complex and was in part a psychological issue, he was impartial and gave me all options. I left feeling better about myself and decided I would not carry on with surgery. Both me and my wife were impressed with Mr Kwong and really trusted and valued his opinion. He even had time to discuss football there was no rush. After a week of thinking I decided a Uturn and discussed with my wife I would not want anyone else doing this surgery other than Mr Kwong. So it was now or never. So I went for it and what a decision better than expected only a week post surgery great result so far better than I thought minimal bruises or swelling. So grateful to Mr Kwong who I would say is so down to earth for a man in his position very human. And thanks to Nikesh for all the emails he had to put up with. There were some service issues elsewhere but life is. Theatre Leads was also very friendly on follow up appointment. Overall top quality surgeon, practice manager and team at CFS. I am so grateful

26 days [sic] later on April 29 2024 – yes, Apr 29 – I get an email from patient coordinator Ms Murrell-King stating ‘I did try to call but could not get through.’
The number I left is for a very limited range of calls – medical, HMRC, legal etc. and gets ca. 2 calls a week. Easy to trace missed calls. NO VOICE MESSAGES left. One can ruminate and draw one’s own conclusions.
Beggars belief. Given that this was the response to an enquiry, it does set the stage for one’s personal stance as to the professionalism and credibility of other aspects of their services. Hence, rather understandably, I searched for and found an alternative practitioner – who miraculously got back to me within 24 HOURS instead of 26 DAYS.
Telephoned on Apr 03 2024 to discuss an appointment for a verruca removal. Waited on hold for 16 mins, then hung up.
I then completed an online contact form – again Apr 03 2024.

My experience with Centre for Surgery was unreal! From start to finish they were all so lovely and helpful! I had mummy makeover surgery with Dr Tillo (who is absolutely amazing!) which consisted of breast uplift, tummy tuck and lipo. I am absolutely over the moon with my results, I am now 100% body confident for the first time in my whole life! Every single staff member is so supportive and genuinely caring, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I would 100% recommend Centre for Surgery to anyone considering any procedure and if I ever have anything else done, I know where I’ll be going!
Centre for Surgery is the best in England, the entire process from the phone call, consultation and surgery itself was absolutely smooth and couldn’t have gone better. I’ve been to Harley Street but you guys are the best – a million stars!

If I could give Centre for Surgery a million stars I would! The whole process from the phone call, consultation and surgery itself was absolutely seamless and couldn’t gone better.
From the consultation onwards the duty of care has been 1st class. My father was nervous about the surgery but his fears were put at ease by the surgeon performing the procedure as regards to everything involved and we left satisfied that this was the right place. All the staff are great and very caring. I would recommend Centre for Surgery to anyone who needs help with any issues. Very professional and a duty of care second to none very happy
