I was referred by a common friend who had undergone a hair treatment.

I was thinking of undergoing a hair transplant for a while but it was being delayed under some pretext or another.

I choose to do it through clinic center and signed up.

I must say that it is very professionally managed setup and I was guided through all steps starting from my arrival till now under post operation consulting.

The staff was very helpful and informed about the various aspects.

Highly recommend for people looking for hair transplant in Istanbul.

Hair Transplant Experience with Clinic Center in Istanbul, Turkey

1. Initial Contact with Tolga

My journey with Clinic Center began with an initial contact with Tolga. He was incredibly helpful, displaying excellent communication skills from the very start. Tolga provided detailed explanations about how the process would unfold, answering all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. His professionalism gave me confidence in the decision to move forward with Clinic Center for my hair transplant.

2. Coordination by Efe

Once I secured my booking, my case was forwarded to a coordinator named Efe. Efe took charge of organizing the entire process, including helping me in setting the date, helping me in arranging flights, transport, and accommodation. Upon arriving in Istanbul, everything ran smoothly, thanks to Efe’s meticulous planning. He was in constant communication, providing updates and promptly addressing any questions I had. My advice when booking flights is to opt for Istanbul International Airport, as it is modern and comfortable, which can be particularly important if you have to wait for others to be picked up and dropped off at the same hotel.

3. Airport Pick-Up

The pick-up experience at Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) left room for improvement. We had to wait around 45 minutes for other passengers to join us, which was somewhat frustrating, especially in the busy environment of an older airport. I would give the pick-up experience 3 stars, as it didn’t inspire much confidence initially. A suggestion for improvement would be for the staff to meet customers inside the airport with a clear sign, to streamline the process.

4. Transport

The transport arrangements throughout the trip were excellent. The service was always on time and well-organized, making it easy to get to all the necessary appointments without any stress.

5. Hotel Stay at Rox Hotel

I stayed at Rox Hotel during my trip, and it was perfect for what I needed. The hotel staff were all very helpful, friendly, and spoke English well, which made communication easy. The hotel met all my needs, providing a comfortable and convenient base during my stay in Istanbul.

6. Translators

The translators provided by Clinic Center were excellent. Both spoke great English and made me feel at ease throughout the process. The translator who accompanied me on the day of the transplant was particularly helpful, answering my questions and ensuring I was comfortable. The following day, the translator who assisted with my first hair wash was kind, caring, and performed her duties exceptionally well.

7. The Transplant Procedure

The hair transplant procedure itself was a positive experience. Upon arrival at Atlas University Medicine Hastanesi Barbaros, I had a consultation with Dr. Firat Siksik, the trichologist. He outlined the entire process and, although he spoke some English, he was able to communicate effectively. Once everything was explained and my questions were answered, the procedure began. Dr. Firat and his team were professional, making me feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire process. Even when the translator was not present, the staff members spoke enough English to meet my needs.

8. Post-Transplant Care

The post-transplant care provided by the team was exemplary. They were very caring and took the time to explain everything I needed to do to ensure a smooth recovery.

9. Sleep

Don’t expect to get a lot of sleep initially—not because of pain, as I experienced none, but due to the awkwardness of sleeping on your back. I typically sleep on my front, so adjusting to sleeping on my back was challenging. However, after the first night, my sleep improved gradually as the healing process progressed.

10. Hair Washing Process

The first hair wash was very helpful. The team guided me through the process, allowing me to feel confident in how to wash my hair properly during recovery.

11. Aftercare Team

I’m currently on the first month of recovery, and the aftercare team has been outstanding. Misra, who has been my point of contact, has been great at providing me with information and tips on how to aid my recovery. Her support has been invaluable during this stage.

12. First Stage Experience

So far, everything has gone well. The results, of course, will take time to fully materialize, but the journey up to this point has been great. The process was well-organized and executed by everyone involved. I’m hopeful for the best outcome as I continue through the recovery period and beyond.

The experience was swift and easy with the clinic being welcoming for the procedure regardless of any language barriers.

The aftercare was also great and I am fully appreciative of the end product.

My journey with the clinic center from booking the initial consultation to surgery has been an experience I truly cannot fault in any way! Ceyda my care coordinator was/ is so lovely supportive and professional. She literally organized everything to perfection. The hotel and hotel staff were so helpful and accommodating! The Livingston.. the transportation drivers and translators again brilliant especially Ismail he went above and beyond.. my surgeon Dr Cagri Sade and his superb team were the best all perfectionists. I came back home today and the after care person Anil again has put me at ease and totally professional.. highly recommend this clinic to everyone

The company is very nice and well organized. My mother had the gastric sleeve surgery and everything went very smooth, we felt very cared for and every step of the procedure was explained to us very throughly. Our host ismail was very nice and was with us during the hospital stay and translated when needed which was very nice and made us feel safe and welcome. The hospital staff was also very caring, came to check on my mother very often and gave us tips for the recovery. Now it has been circa 3 weeks post op and the company still checks on us and is very helpful. My mother is very happy with the service.

The last day in Turkey, where I started a procedure called “Hollywood Smile” at the Clinic Center” From the first contact (Alara) who was in permanent contact and gave me all the necessary information, to the one who was the coordinator and took care that everything was in order (Ismail Karadağ) it was a smooth and very pleasant experience. The people here are not just doing their job, they are very open and welcoming… I am looking forward to returning in January for the last part of the procedure and to see the final result. I have already recommended the clinic to other friends… and I personally have already scheduled another intervention (removal of bags under the eyes) It seems like this place is addictive To be continue …

I’ve just had upper and lower eyelid reduction with CLINIC CENTRE.The price was very reasonable and the care was second to none.

Each time I was picked up for treatment I was accompanied by a driver and a host.The hosts all spoke perfect English.Their communication skills were excellent and nothing was too much trouble.

Now I’m home after my operation and my aftercare has started with the lovely Misra.She too seems really lovely with excellent communication skills.She answers all my questions straight away and nothing is a problem.

I still find it hard to understand how one of their doctor IHSAN BASARAN is allowed to continue practising as a “doctor” The damage he caused to my breasts was truly unbelievable. He removed my bandages as if he was ripping off a wax strip, with no care at all, and the stitches he put in my nipples looked like something out of a horror movie. The wounds caused by his poor work and the way he carelessly removed the bandages took a full year to heal. During that time, I visited many doctors and spent a significant amount of money. Eventually, I healed and decided to have another surgery to fix the mistakes he had made.

Without any need, and purely based on his own decision, he inserted silicone implants into me when a lift alone would have been enough. He told me, “We decide the size inside,” and put in these large implants. My breasts were already sagging, and despite the lift, they began to sag again just two weeks after the surgery. By the fifth week, people couldn’t believe I had undergone a breast lift. It looked terrible. I had to live with that awful result for years.

Eventually, I found a specialist doctor, though it took me years to trust someone again. I had surgery again, and my recovery took only four weeks. Now, I have no issues with my scars, and they’re continuing to heal beautifully. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this person. His mistreated patients have even been featured in UK media too.
