Clinic Mono Review

My journey to this clinic was completely awful people are there just for money they just scam people i would never go back and i dont recommend if u text them u wanna come they would say anything just to come to them and pay and afterwards if they received money they dont care about u nomore also after my surgery my mouth lower lip has been deformed i asked the doctors is it normal he said yes but unfortunately is not because is not getting any better my face looks terrible also the aftercare they dont really care about the patients they pretend to be nice but really they dont care about nothing im not happy at all!!The main scamer there is Damla if u ask abiut prices they never tell u stright away they even dont have prices on website nowhere they tell different price to all different people is just hilarious and disappointing. expect my coordinator Bariș he was amazing very friendly and helpful person he was the best in the clinic i will give 5 stars just because of bariș the rest are just useless !!

I went to the Mono Clinic to have my breast implants replaced. August.2024

*I can’t say anything bad about the staff,all of them very nice and polite

*The hotel, room, food, bed it’s all good.

*3 meals a day and they quickly changed to just breakfast

* bring extra cash as they additional charges I.e. medications etc. !!!people are there just for money.

*You will be lied to and deceived no matter where you stand next to

* I asked them to stay at the villa age money

* the doctor doesn’t have time to see me (aftercare).

I had an outstanding & professional service from my coordinator Azra . She was always available and helpful with the information & interpretation . I’m happy with my new smile .

I enjoyed my stay at the villa too . Awesome and friendly staff there .

Overall , I’m happy with my experience at the clinic .

Service was amazing this man provided such ease through out my whole experience he was so kind and reassuring! Answered all my questions and had nothing but supportive and kind words through out the process! Very happy his name is Ferhat

Mono team you are great!My coordinator Azra,thumps up for making sure everything goes smoothly and answering all my questions diligently and organisingthe transport.Not forgetting Cem,Celin, the nurse at the hotel,she was amazing and always there to help.Basically everyone i met there was friendly and helpful.We enjoyed the service at at the hotel.Dr Daniz well done for the great job.Am really impressed by your job and I would highly recommend Mono

My stay was so seamless and stress free. Nothing was missing. My admission was great, the hospital stay, nurses doctors, hotel, transfers, rooms, staff, the whole experience was exceptional. thank you mert and ceren

Murat was my coordinator and he was super attentive and compassionate. He listened to all of my concerns and questions: My Dr. Ergin Erdogan was exceptional. I traveled from the USA with my mother and I got rhinoplasty with septoplasty and abdomen, arm and back liposuction, I’m still recovering but am super pleased with my results. Smooth process as well as amazing recovery nurse at the hotel to help me post op. I highly recommend the mono clinic!
