I am afraid I need to leave negative feedback here. On my first visit all went very well.

I had my teeth done from this company in Feb 2023. The experienced was ok I did express my concerns on rushing the final stages, however overall I was happy with the outcome.

I contacted my representative within a few week of returning to the UK in regards to pain he advised it would take a couple weeks, I had the pain for atleast 2 month before it settled, I think contacted them again a few month later as where I had a tooth extracted there was cement coming from the tooth. I was advised it was not cement and it was food. I can confirm it was 100% cements I have pictures. This happened twice so after contacting them for the third time they advised to see a dental professional in the UK. This is hard enough as no Uk dentist really wants to touch your teeth after a trip to turkey, however I was seen and the dentist has confirm I have I’ll fitted veneers on one side which is causing me pain and in the long run my teeth underneath will start to rot. I have now been trying to contact the clinic since December 2023. Contacting every number I had for them, going through their website. I had a reply from one worker who confirmed she still worked there and after sending her a message of the problems I have been having I have no reply. Absolutely disgusting that I have spent thousands on a company that will ignore you once a problem occurs!!

I wish I got the chance to get mine done earlier. I have all on 4 upper and lower implants.

I had a good look around the many Turkish dental implant surgeries and companies.

I choose dental travel turkey , great communication via whatsapp, I was able to ask lots of questions the price I was quoted was the price I paid.

The adminstration was easy and very professional.

Picked up from the airport and a very nice hotel. I was appointed a patient rep (Oznec) who looked after me during my stay making sure I knew my dental appointments, collected me from my hotel and escorted me to the dental surgery.

The staff at the surgery were very pleasant and professional.

The surgery was “okay” I had several extractions and had my eight implants.

I spent the next 5 months healing before returning for the final stages of my treatment.

A different hotel not as good as the first one but okay on my second visit.

Same again with the adminstration Oznec looking after me.

Really happy with my implants and new lease of life. I am now able to eat properly,confidence in smiling and talking.

After I consulted with my local dentist I straight away realised I couldn’t afford the cost of any treatment in UK . I was worried about having treatment abroad until I came across Clinic Travel Turkey. Cem’s patience helped me by answering all the questions I needed to know .

I was still worried as to whether I was doing the right thing , until the day I arrived in Turkey for my treatment.

From the arrival at Izmir airport till the day I left the process went very smoothly without any faults.The punctually of all the transfers from the airport to the pickups from our 4star hotel with patient Reps Merve and Ozenc to all clinic appointments was impeccable .

The treatment I received was excellent in a very professional clinic overcoming all language barriers with the help of the representatives.

I am delighted at the end result and can have no reservations in recommending Travel Clinic Turkey who were excellent from start to finish
