Operation went well but the customer service and after care was disappointing!!!

When I took contact the person I contact was very fast in answering and giving me a quotation but once I booked my flight things got sloppy! I was expecting to get an email but nothing … ok I said no worries.

I arrived around 5:30pm and was picked up as scheduled and taken straight to the hospital, put in a room and left there with not really any explanations.

By this time I realised that the initial person I spoke to was an agent! I was staring to get nervous so I reached out to him-her asking if I would get some food and if anyone would come talk to me! Anyway I finally got dinner. The next morning I was flooded with an array of paperwork and rushed to sign, asked to pay , then a brief visit from the anaestiologist and finally came the doctor who did some markings and spoke briefly with me and left.

When I woke up after my operation around 1pm I had a really helpful nurse who assisted with pain killers etc . I had no one come in to explain how the operation went etc anyway !

Next morning I got breakfast and painkillers but again no one told me what next and all of a sudden the cleaner came in and asked me to pack and get dressed!!!! I was being hurried to

Leave the hospital to the hotel with no prior explanation and this was when I broke down and cried . I was really expecting so more tact and personal touch !

I had 2 check ups before I flew back because I insisted , some drugs and no proper aftercare instructions ( all my aftercare I have discovered via the internet).

My handler after the operation was helpful, the initial person that booked me in I never met or heard from again.

The hotel was really nice thank God but please when you book make sure what is included , they gave me the impression that all meals

We’re included but when I got to the hospital it was just breakfast.

I felt like a piece of business transaction which at the end of the day is what it was for them. It is 2 weeks since am back and not a single person has gotten in touch to see how I am.

I am very disappointed by the way I was managed and I hope at least the results will be good . I am considering asking my bank to cancel the payment honestly !

Coolest Clinic know that when people come to you they put their lives in your hands and you need to be careful how you treat them! Maybe if I had asked to be filmed and put on social media you would have been more attentive and caring !

I had surgery on March 18th. My procedure was supposed to be performed by Dr. Baran, but on the day of the consultation, it turned out that I had a different surgeon. I didn’t have any time to think or research the new doctor. I agreed, thinking only that I was in a good clinic. The hospital care was good, we can stay extra night (that was really good and really helpful ) although it was different from the care received by my friend who went to Dr. Baran. My dressings were changed only once in the hospital and once in the hotel by Nupel, who came to change my friend’s dressings. They forgot to give me the pills on the day I was discharged , even though I asked about them. The pills were delivered in the evening. Communication with representative Burak was not always good, but he was helpful once he read the messages. I had a lot of help from the driver, who always checked whether we were OK and whether we needed extra help with the luggage. I am satisfied with the results, although the time for the consultation is very short, and it is difficult to make a decision if you can not even see the size of the implants .Hotel Bricks is nice ,clean with lovely staff ,great breakfast.

Dr. Baran did a great job, the hospital staff was nice, although not many people spoke English, but thanks to Google Translator everything went well. we had a wonderful lady who served us food, greeted us with a tender smile and a kiss on the forehead, I had great care, an extra night in the hospital at no additional cost, dressings was changed every day and all medications were administered on time. My representative, Burak, was super helpful, I was a little worried because the communication with him before the surgery wasn’t always the best. I believe that the time for a consultation before the surgery is very short, everything happens very quickly, I did not have the opportunity to compare the sizes of the implants, which meant that I chose an implant size with which I am not completely satisfied. I will also add that we had a wonderful driver, Cuma Ali, who was very helpful, helped us with our luggage, always wrote if we needed additional help. he was one of those people who gave me an additional sense of security at a time when I was completely helpless and very dependent on the help of others. I will also add that I returned home safely, everything healed well. I’m.in touch with nurse Nupel ,she is always happy to answer all.my questions. My advice do not go by yourself is very big operation and demanding recovery. There is not many shops around Bricks Hotel, so after big surgery you will not be able to do much . Once you are out of the hospital you have to be very independent, I went with my friend, she had same procedure but with different doctor from Coolest clinic.

I got a rhinoplasty in March 2024. Dr Baran Kul did an amazing Job and I am very happy with the result. The whole staff is very nice and they help you as much as they can. After your return to your homecountry you stay in contact for your aftercare. So in case that you have any problems or questions you get very fast answers and solutions. I would recommend Coolest Clinic and everyone who is working there.

I got a rhinoplasty in March 2024. Dr Baran Kul did an amazing Job and I am very happy with the result. The whole staff is very nice and they help you as much as they can. After your return to your homecountry you stay in contact for your aftercare. So in case that you have any problems or questions you get very fast answers and solutions. I would recommend Coolest Clinic and everyone who is working there.

I had contemplated this journey of a MMO for years especially after following Baran Kul on Instagram being in awe of his patients and their results I decided to send the message to the number I was given and hope that I too would soon be one of those ladies that were happy with their results. I booked my date through his coordinator who from the get go was super helpful and gave all the advice needed for the planned surgery… fast forward to the day before surgery, i was collected from the airport safely and comfortably, taken to the hotel where I was given further instructions for the surgery. I was collected from the hotel the following morning at 6am and greeted by Baran’s team who looked after me throughout the observations and health check. Baran then came to see me and we spoken in depth as to my visions, what I wanted and what would be the reality of results, thankfully we were both on the same page and he saw what results I had visioned and green light was given for surgery! Upon waking from surgery seeing instant results I couldn’t have been more happier to see the new me instantly from a few hours prior. His dedicated team at the coolest clinic really are an amazing team, I was given the best care, the nurses are second to non, even the cleaners they would pop in and check on you through out day and night to see if you’re OK in the very best translation we could all communicate with. The aftercare at home in the UK has been just as helpful as it was back at the hotel/clinic, constantly making sure that im ok along with requesting pictures and videos of the wounds/scars healing.. This whole journey has been amazing! I have now a body that I can be fully confident with, its given me a huge sense of pride to now be able feel sexy in my own skin and body and of course the husband loves the new me too BaranKul I am truly grateful for your workmanship and your skills to perfect my vision on my body! The only thing I do regret is not having the confidence to have done all this sooner! I’m 100% truly grateful found your page on Instagram all those years ago! God bless you and your team
