I’m very pleased with my procedure at Cosmedica.The facility was modern and inviting.The medical staff were professional, informative and friendly.The procedure itself was virtually painless.My whole experience was exceptional.

I waited 6 months to write this review, as I wanted to see real progress before sharing my experience. After extensive research, I decided to go with Cosmedica Clinic. What drew me to them were a few key factors:

Success Rate: Their results speak for themselves, with many impressive case studies available.

Outstanding Communication: Ugur was incredibly responsive and patient, answering all my questions—no matter how trivial or repetitive they might have seemed. Unlike other clinics I contacted, where I was often ignored, their attention to detail gave me confidence.

Fair Pricing: Cosmedica is not the cheapest option in Turkey, but they’re also not the most expensive. I found their pricing very reasonable considering the quality of care and competition in the area.

Dr. Acar’s Reputation: While Dr. Acar didn’t perform my transplant personally, his reputation as an innovative and top-tier surgeon in Turkey gave me peace of mind. I trusted that a doctor of his caliber would have a highly skilled team—and I was right.

The entire process was smooth and well-organized. Everyone at the clinic has a specific role, and they perform their duties seamlessly. The ladies who performed my surgery were fantastic, as was the gentleman responsible for determining the placement of each hair graft. I also appreciated that they took the time to explain each step of the process and encouraged me to ask questions. For those concerned about the language barrier, they have translators available, which made everything easy to understand.

Now, 6 months post-op, I’m already very happy with the results. There’s still another 6 months before I’ll see the final outcome, but the progress so far has exceeded my expectations. I also purchased their 6-month “Hair Power Package” to support my recovery and maintenance. Initially, I planned to switch to similar products in my home country, but I was so impressed that I decided to repurchase the package for another 6 months. After that, I’ll continue with the recommended products locally.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my decision to choose Cosmedica Clinic and look forward to seeing the final results. If you’re considering a hair transplant in Turkey, I highly recommend them!

esperienza super, mi son trovato benissimo. Persone qualificate, gentili e pulizia degli ambienti. Non ho avuto nessun bisogno di antidolorifici perchè c’era assenza totale di dolore. a quasi 6 mesi dall’intervento i risultato è perfetto, premettendo che io partivo da una situazione abbastanza grave. Everything has been perfect. From the beginning, when I decide to move the first step for my hair transplant I have been followed carefully by the expert of the clinic. He was able to explain me in details what is an hair transplant and all the therapies and treatments that I would have faced during the process. Bonjour, je tiens par ce message à vous exprimer toute ma reconnaissance pour l’ensemble de ma prise en charge à Cosmédica du 25/11 au 29/11. Personnellement, je n’ai eu qu’à me féliciter du choix de cette clinique tant sur le plan de l’organisation des différents temps de soins dispensés que sur les informations sur l’ensemble du programme de soin. Pour cela, Madame Sélénay, a été absolument remarquable. Elle est réactive, précise, et rigoureuse. Elle devance chacune de vos interrogations sur l’organisation des soins et organise avec précision les transports aéroport-hôtel-clinique-hôtel-aéroport. Ce que j’ai personnellement et particulièrement apprécié, c’est que madame Sélénay est constamment à notre écoute et ce tout au long du séjour.

Je dois aussi salué l’équipe nommé ELIP-TEAM (Emore et Beyza) qui a effectué l’opération. Ce deux personnes ont été très attentives, prévenantes, bienveillantes et soucieuses de mon bien être durant les plus de dix heures d’opération (5500 greffons en deux jours). Mais aussi de mes appréhensions et du niveau de douleur, qui n’a finalement pas été aussi redoutable que cela. Avec cette équipe, vous êtes entre de bonnes mains car c’est une équipe dédiée aux soins, ils ont tous les deux compris l’importance qu’avait pour moi cette intervention. Ils sont véritablement d’un très grand professionnalisme que j’ai particulièrement apprécié, ce qui est très rassurant dans un tel moment.

La rencontre avec le Dr ACAR a certes été courte mais d’une grande efficacité. Il a su poser les questions les plus essentielles qui révélaient ce que je voulais exactement sans toujours arriver à le verbaliser précisément. L’expérience du Dr ACAR lui permet de repérer, tout de suite, ce qui est possible de faire. Un temps court mais d’une efficacité redoutable. J’ai personnellement, dès les premiers instants, ressenti la stature et l’expérience de ce médecin. Même si cette rencontre est courte et unique, l’ensemble de l’équipe est particulièrement bien formée à la méthode et à ses limites et avantages pour répondre aux autres questions qui peuvent émerger au cours des soins.

En ce qui concerne l’organisation des différents temps de soin, je n’ai pas eu à souffrir de longues et interminables attentes (bien qu’il y avait beaucoup de patients le jour de mon intervention). Je pense avoir attendu en moyenne moins de 15 minutes entre chaque rendez-vous. Je rends vraiment hommage à l’organisation qui a été bien huilée pour moi. A chaque rendez-vous avec un professionnel, toutes mes questions ont trouvé des réponses précises. Lorsque vous sortez de la clinique Cosmédica vous savez ce que vous avez besoin de faire sur l’année suivante après l’opération (document à l’appui) et vous n’êtes pas laissé non plus seul car un programme est prévu pour l’observation post-opératoire avec la clinique.
