Cygnus Clinic Review

my partner came for veeners which were then unable to do so have had to have implants instead, we paid the full balance once agreed on full treatment moving forward.

We are still waiting for communication from cygnus several months later, we passed between agents and management all telling a different story, one implant was fitted to close to another so the implant failed then we needed to have a metal bridge fitted, bottom jaw had implant fitted to close to adjacent teeth so then had to have them shaved down, we are still waiting to hear from clinic as partner now has no teeth due to poor communication

They were happy to take full payment for implants and gave a total cost and then we returned 3 months later to then be told they changed the price and wanted more money which is beyond a joke,

We were told only needed 3days for 2nd visit to change denture plates for permanent teeth, have new been stuck with cheap 3D printed teeth and still no final teeth but the company were happy to take nearly £5k and have not communicated to complete the work that has been paid for in full

We have consulted with several other companies that have agreed cygnus are being unfair and greedy by changing the price when balance was paid in full on 1st visit which covered both visits from removal of teeth, fitting implants, dentures for 3 months them final teeth

We have sent non stop emails and what’s app messages and have either been ignored or had lie upon lie told to us

Le infermiere bravissime!!! E soprattutto il medico. Grazie ho fatto l’intervento il 7 gennaio, quindi sono passati quasi 2 mesi e sto benissimo. Non vedo l’ora siano passati 12 mesi così vedo il risultato definitivo.

Mi sono sottoposto ad un intervento di mastopessi senza protesi e cat eyes, il risultato è eccellente esattamente come lo sognavo, nella clinica mi sono sentita accudita al coccolato al 100%, personale eccellente e molto empatico. La tradutrice Yagmur gentilissima e sempre disponibile

Mi sono affidata a Cygnus clinic per la mia rinosettolplastica, inizialmente ero molto scettica di andare in un altro paese a fare una operazione (venendo dall’Italia) , avevo paura che qualcosa andasse storto o che qualcosa non fosse poi realmente come mi era stato descritto. Invece mi sono trovata da dieci sia con la clinica che con il dottore, avevo una persona di riferimento che mi faceva da traduttore e che era disponibile a qualsiasi ora per ogni esigenza (Riccardo) ed è stato super bravo e soprattutto paziente per le mille domande che gli facevo. Ringrazio tutti perché ad oggi (3 settimane circa dal mio intervento) mi sento già di poter dire che grazie a loro sono rinata ! Lo consiglierei a chiunque .
