Cygnus Clinic Review

Before my payment was taken they pretend to reassure you and answer your questions but the second the payment is taken they don’t care, I showed at least 4 different people what I wanted and none of them took anything into consideration. I made it very clear that I wanted an hourglass figure with my hip dips filler but they were never filled to begin with!!! On the day I showed the nurse and doctor images of what I wanted however the doctor didn’t speak English which is fine but I did tell the nurse to tell him, after my surgery was complete I was in a lot of pain which I think is normal and the nurses at the hospital looked after me although my retainers were lost by them and I received no compensation for them even though they were the ones who placed them somewhere and I was being blamed for that? I was told I’ll be staying at the hospital for 2 nights but only stayed one when I said I don’t think I’m okay to leave just yet they basically forced me to leave saying they’re not open on a Sunday? I was in a very critical condition and they did not care!!! Anyway on the day of the surgery when I woke up I was immediately disappointed and realised my hip dips were never filled and I did message them but they said they advised me to wait and I did however 2 months gone by and there is still no change in my hips. I complained but they instead blamed me for not having a lymphatic massage while I was there which is odd because I did have many in my own country and that has nothing to do with hips? The truth is they were never filled to begin with, to add onto this one side is lumpy and scarred and there is less fat making my buttocks uneven. I have a huge scar on my stomach which has made me even more insecure I can’t even wear crop tops anymore. Taking all information into consideration I attempted a chargeback but didn’t provide evidence while doing it and will be trying again with my bank since I’m being ignored by the company on WhatsApp. They’re greedy and hungry for money they don’t care about their customers considering I was there alone at 20 they didn’t care one bit. I’m so so upset I should be done more research before booking with them.

Excellent care from the minute we checked in with the office staff, communications, the nurse screening and procedures, and the doctor’s knowledge. Everyone was kind and helpful and everything went smoothly and quickly.

The care was outstanding all the way from start to finish. The Doctor put forth a high level of effort to deliver results. The support staff was very professional and pleasant. The facility was well equipped and designed for patient privacy, service and efficiency. We will highly recommend “Cygnus Clinic” at every opportunity!

The stay at a 5-star hotel and airport transfers were included in the payment which was really great!

Aside from Dr. Sinan’s craft, the other factor why I chose Cygnus Clinic was because of their medical advisor, Eren! 🙂 He is very attentive to detail and gives you all the assurance and information needed before locking in with Cygnus. I was very anxious given that it’s my 3rd rhinoplasty. I’ve contacted more than 5 clinics in Turkey but Eren was just the best. He’s definitely an asset of Cygnus.

La scorsa settimana ho effettuato una rinosettoplastica e ad oggi mi sento di dire che è stata una delle scelte migliori che io abbia mai fatto. Sin da subito sono stati tutti molto gentili disponibili e soprattutto professionali, dall’inizio del mio soggiorno, al giorno dell’intervento fino al mio ritorno a casa. Il dottor Tayfun Demirel è stato fantastico nel consigliarmi ció che fosse meglio per me e soprattutto onesto senza crearmi false speranze dicendomi in modo chiaro cosa avrebbe fatto rispettando la conformazione naturale del mio naso. Se mai qualcuno dovesse chiedermi come mi sono trovata alla Cygnus Clinic non ci penserei due volte a consigliarla! Grazie grazie grazie

Un mio amico mi ha consigliato la Cygnus Clinic per l’intervento al naso, che era il mio sogno da molto tempo. La signora Su mi ha seguito durante tutto questo processo. Ho sempre avuto molta paura dell’intervento, ma non è successo come temevo 2 giorni dopo l’intervento mi sentivo molto bene e ho potuto anche incontrare i miei amici.

Vorrei anche ringraziare tutto il team e soprattutto il mio medico che mi capisce e segue i miei desideri! Lo consiglio vivamente!

Lo scorso febbraio mi sono sottoposta a un intervento di rinoplastica presso la clinica Cignus e posso dire di essere estremamente soddisfatta del risultato. L’intero percorso è stato seguito con grande professionalità, e un ringraziamento particolare va a Leyla, che si è dimostrata sempre gentile, carina e attenta, ed al chirurgo Omer, super professionale.

Anche di fronte a qualche inconveniente, Leyla ha risolto tutto con prontezza ed efficienza, facendomi sentire sempre a mio agio e supportata. Nonostante qualche difficoltà iniziale, il risultato finale è molto soddisfacente, e non posso che consigliare questa clinica a chiunque stia valutando un intervento simile.

Clinica fantastica!Non potevo fare scelta migliore per realizzare il mio sogno di una vita L intervento di mastopessi con protesi è andato benissimo, ringrazio il dr Omer per la sua professionalità ed empatia e per aver creato il seno dei miei sogni, non ho sentito nemmeno così male dopo 3 giorni ero già in giro per Istanbul a godermi un po’ di vacanza non pensavo, in Italia è impossibile trovare così tanta professionalità e cura per gli interventi. La clinica super organizzata dal transfer,

all’ interprete Yağmur disponibili,precisi e puntuali. Ma il mio ringraziamento più grande oltre che al Dr Omer va a Rukie una ragazza splendida che da luglio quando ho deciso di fare l’intervento mi è stata vicina virtualmente , mi ha consigliato, ha risposto a ogni mio dubbio e paura ad ogni ora del giorno, mi ha aiutato a smettere di fumare in vista dell intervento insomma non solo una consulenza ma anche un supporto psicologico. Ne sono vendamente grata ! Consiglio Cygnus Clinic a tutti soprattutto a chi decide di venire dall’Italia perché da noi è impossibile trovare così tanta professionalità e bravura.

Due settimane fa ho fatto una rinoplastica presso Cygnus Clinic con il dottor Sinan Eroglu.

Non ci sono parole per descrivere quanto sono stata bene.

La descriverei come un’esperienza pressoché PERFETTA, dal primo momento all’ultimo.

Staff super disponibile e di una umanità unica. Mi sono sentita davvero a casa.

Il chirurgo di una professionalità eccellente ma sopratutto di una gentilezza ammirevole che non è da tutti. Consiglio vivamente Cygnus clinic per chiunque voglia fare un intervento estetico!

Le infermiere sono state gentilissime e anche la mia tutor che mi ha seguita dal primo momento e durante tutta la settimana con cura e attenzione.

Sono contenta del risultato anche se ci sarà da aspettare ancora qualche mese.:)

Sono i migliori

Mi sono trovata bene fin dall’inizio.Mi ha seguito la consulente Rukie, una ragazza molto simpatica e professionale che fin dall’inizio mi ha trasmesso molta fiducia. Una volta arrivata ho capito subito di aver fatto la scelta migliore. Sono stata seguita con scrupolosità e il chirurgo che ha fatto la rinoplastica ha capito molto bene le mie aspettative realizzando così il naso dei miei sogni. Consiglio vivamente la Cygnus.

Il 29 Novembre ho avuto in intervento di mastopessi con protesi. Sono super felice e soddisfatta di aver trovato una clinica come la loro. A partire dal primo contatto, all’equipe medica al chirurgo. Consiglio fortemente a chiunque voglia sentirsi bene con se stessa sistemando quelle piccolezze fisiche che magari creano qualche insicurezza.
