Dr.Cinik Review

Je tiens à partager mon expérience décevante avec la clinique. J’ai subi une greffe capillaire chez eux, mais le nombre de greffons implantés était insuffisant. Résultat : j’ai de nombreux trous sur le cuir chevelu, et ma chevelure est très Clair, semer. Lors de ma consultation, on m’a conseillé de patienter un maximum avant de voir des résultats, ce que j’ai fait, mais malheureusement, cela n’a pas suffi à améliorer la situation.

Lorsque j’ai contacté le service après-vente pour exprimer ma déception et demander une solution, comme une nouvelle greffe ou une autre forme d’indemnisation, ils m’ont complètement ignoré. Aucun retour de leur part, malgré plusieurs tentatives de ma part.

Il est dommage que cette expérience soit gâchée par un SAV qui ne réagit pas et par une greffe qui ne correspond pas à mes attentes. En revanche, le reste des services était correct : l’hôtel était agréable, le transport bien organisé et le personnel courtois. Mais le principal, la greffe, n’a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes, et l’absence de suivi derrière rend cette expérience vraiment frustrante.

Very good reception at the clinic and regular follow-up with photos. They do not hesitate to answer if you have the slightest need.

I am at month 3 after my hair transplant with Dr. Cinik and I must say that I am satisfied with the entire procedure, the assistance prior and during the surgery was great. The assistance after surgery is great. Results after 3 months start to become good after initial ad normal shock loss and I hope next months to improve my results even better and better. I confirm my full confidence in Dr Cinik and I will for sure return to the clinic for PRP or REGENERA again soon. And maybe also a dental cleaning.

After a lot of research of facility’s I chose this place. In comparison to the United States transplants and service, this was the Cadillac of experiences. They really treat you well and make the entire experience very nice. I really enjoyed all of it, I did sedation which I highly recommend. They work very hard and diligent to give you the best service possible. Since then they have been checking in every 3-4 days with feedback and recommendations personally for your head. That is not the case with places in the United States. Please if you need a hair transplant look no further.
