The result of the operation was really bad! The density of the hair is so low and everybody was telling me that i look funny. I talked to the clinic to repeat that operation and they was so positive about it and booked a new time and so… but why would i book a hotel and take a flight from sweden forth and back?! Why couldn’t they transplant enough grafts from the beginning! So hassle! I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Where do I even start!

I really don’t want to get too much into details because it’s just going to take too long.

Please don’t book anything from this clinic. I have been in contact with them since December, and they have canceled my booking twice. First time was in January (4 days before the operation) and second time in March (on week before). And both times I had to write to them first to ask them if the appointment is still.

The worst customer service ever!!!!

I have never in my entire life been treated like I am nothing. I may start to think that this clinic was thinking that I wanted the operation for free, and that’s why they’ve been treating me so badly.

Overall, don’t use your precious time on this clinic. They’ll just disappoint you.

والله ما عارف من وين بدي أبلش.

مواعيد كاذبة. نعم تعمدت كلمة “كاذبة”، لأن مش مرة أو مرتين بل عدة مرات يحددوا معنا مواعيد ويلغوها. وياريت لغوها بوقت مناسب، لا طبعاً لا. بعد ما أن اتواسلت معهم صدفة عشان أسأل عن وقت العملية (أي ساعة)، وما إن كان الدفع كاش أم علكرد، بتفاجأ انهم لغوا العملية. طب ليش ما خبرتونا من قبل، عشان نلغي الإجازة إلي أخدنها (نحن جايين من دولة ثانية)، ونلغي المواصلات.

والله والله والله بحياتي ما حست حالي إتعاملت كأني طفل. والله ما في إحترام أبداً من جهة الرد على الرسائل. لك اتخيلوا لازم أكتبلهم وبعد يومين بتصل فيهم عشان أذكرهم إيردوا على الرسالة. شو هدا؟

وبعد ما عاتبناهم على المعاملة السيئة، كان ردهم “منيح إلي ما دفعنكم عربون”. هههه والله ما عارف بعد شو بددي اكتب. والله من قبل راس ألسنة لآن وهني عم بماطلوا فينا. عنجد تافهين بكل ما تحمله القالت من معنى. قليلين مصداقية، خدمة شبه معدومة، بشتروك بالكلام، ما بتشعر بالراحة نهائياً، دائماً على أعصابك.

والله بادر اكتب أكتر من هيك، بس خلص ما عد يستاهلوا وقتي. أنا بس بدي احذر الناس، خاصةً إلي من دولة ثانية غير ألمانيا، انكم ادورا على مكان ثاني أوفر لوقتكم. على قد ما لغوا العملية، كان هلاء طلع شعري. احذروا منهم ولا يحركم السعر، والله القصة ما إبتستاهل.
