I started my treatment with este medical start on January. I come once a week and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s easy to book appointments and the treatment I am receiving is making a positive difference on me which is great. It’s Tommy who does my treatment and is very helpful and nice. Would recommend.

I completed a PRP session with Atousa today and she was very professional and accommodating. She helped me remain calm and completed the treatment very efficiently. I will be back again!

The only star is the girl on reception who is lovely and welcoming, unfortunately the rest of the service does not match. I attended 9 appointments all of which were running late, to receive laser tattoo removal treatment that did not actually remove the tattoo. Initial treatment was given without the cooler which eases pain, so I was left bloody and sore.

I was offered a “complimentary” extra session, however male staff were so condescending I do not want to return.

Irina is the best clinican, always caring and seeing such a difference in my hair growth!

I am in process of getting my hair treatment at Este Medical Edinburgh, which includes both hair laser and PRF procedures, and I must say the experience is exceptional. The three remarkable women on the team truly made all the difference.

At reception, Izzy welcomed me with a warm smile and efficiently coordinated my appointments via WhatsApp, ensuring that every slot is managed seamlessly. I would day extremely approachable, and really friendly.

Carolina, who conducts my sessions, demonstrates expert care and professionalism throughout the treatment, always making sure I feel comfortable and well-informed. Her genuine concern and personalised recommendations made me feel cared for, and the treatment outcomes have been impressive. She also suggested me great vegetable/fruit drinks as she knows I do gym, and thats where real concern was noticed 🙂

The third member of the team, equally dedicated and supportive, Bianca who always supports me with time changes on whatsapp, I would say, extremely impressed with the reply time, as its super fast and always comes with possible solution 😀 She has contributed to a consistently high standard of service.

Thanks to the outstanding care and personalised attention provided by these amazing women, I am extremely satisfied with my results. Their commitment to going above and beyond has not only enhanced my treatment experience but also left me feeling genuinely valued as a client. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone considering hair laser or PRF treatments.

On the other side, wasn’t initially prioritised for PRF and laser treatment with Younees, but he quickly proved otherwise. His approach not only exceeded my expectations but was also remarkably friendly. I truly appreciate how his warm demeanour and expertise transformed what I anticipated to be a routine procedure into a supportive experience. I highly recommend Younees because he exactly knows what to do, and is great at his job especially the head massage before laser session.
