All they are interested in is your money dont care if you need a treatment or not..if you ask them they’ll do it for you turning you away that you dont need that treatment.. keep selling you their good for nothing laser treatment.. their staff has been trained to beg people for 5* reviews

The sales pitch was great but the customer service stopped after the sale was complete, no follow up after any of the procedures, my procedure was done by a man with very little English who could not understand my concerns, will not be using again.

Been with Este just over a year now, seen massive improvements. Meriam and rest of the Staff at the Nottingham Branch are always friendly and sure do look after you during your treatment.

The team was very friendly, especially Shirin and her colleques. They all made me feel welcomed during laser treatment. I appreciate and enjoy the results.

I visited Estemedical today and I have to say that the lady Shirin was so nice and she was very kind during my treatment. She was helping me with most useful advice dining my treatment . She was very honest and I never felt uncomfortable as the way she was made me feel the best today Im really happy for my decision to choose this clinic as you always feel like your best place for treatment thank you to Shirin the lovely and smiling lady who always is positive and always encouraging me about my results I will definitely recommend every one to have at least one session with her .
