The entire staff and team were very professional, courteous and thorough. I felt as though I was taken well care of and made to feel comfortable. Ammar is very helpful and precise with his presentation of all information relating to the surgery, after the surgery and care. He takes his job seriously and does it very well.

The clinic is state of the art, clean, inviting and comfortable.

I would recommend Dr Go and his staff at HairNeva to anyone wanting this procedure.

Mio marito, spinto da un amico, ha preso la decisione di fare un trapianto di capelli. Io non ero né d’accordo né contro questa scelta, non sapevo cosa aspettarmi e, comunque, rispetto il volere di mio marito. Così, siamo partiti per Istabul, direzione Hairneva Dr.Go clinik. L’esperienza è stata positiva, mio marito è veramente soddisfatto della procedura, il personale é molto gentile e professionale, i locali accoglienti e puliti. Per chi volesse intraprendere questa scelta, posso sicuramente consigliarlo, anche se solo da osservatore esterno.

I had a hair transplant at Hairneva. The procedure lasted 8 hours and was mostly painless apart from putting in the anaesthetic and when they take off the bandages the next day when washing the transplant. The staff were very friendly and do highly recommend coming to Hairneva if you are in need of a hairline. The only improvement I would make is for the staff to speak a bit more English. Overall, was a great experience! Looking forward to the results!

I did my hair transplant here about 18 months ago and couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole procedure was explained perfectly with staff who were readily available and time of the day before, during and after the procedure via WhatsApp, the phone or at the clinic. I have now grown a man bun which I’ve always wanted to do. The staff were all very friendly. The procedure was on the whole painless though the anaesthetic was pretty bad though it only lasted about 5 mins max before the head was numb. I couldn’t be happier with the results now! The only improvement I’d make would be that the staff doing the transplant spoke better English. Thanks again HairNeva for my hair transformation. From initial contact, HairNeva was very responsive and informative. They gave great confidence in knowing that I would be traveling to a foreign country. It was a very easy process and the rate was all inclusive including hotel and airport transportation. At the facility, was greeted and treated well. Very professional and would recommend to anyone including family and friends back home.

Gerek operasyon öncesinde gerek daha sonraki süreçte ilgi alakaları süper-şahane idi. Henüz iyileşme sürecindeyim, ama yapılan operasyonun verdiği psikolojik huzurun zirvesindeyim. DrGo HairNeva ekibi ile halen bağlantıdayım. Operasyon sonrası takipte ve bilgilendirmede de çok başarılılar. Je n’ai pas encore réalisé la greffe mais rdv est pris pour le mois de février. Le contact avec la clinique s’est très bien passé notamment avec le conseiller Timmy. Un mec à l’écoute et de bon conseil, on sent le sérieux dans la démarche et le professionnalisme. Merci à lui.

I had my Hair transplant procedure done at Hair Neva. I was a bit skeptical initially whether to travel all from US , but after speaking to Mike and feedback from an acquaintance , I decided to go ahead. Everything is well taken care from transportation, accommodation at Marriott and an Excellent DRGO facility.
