I strongly advise against using this business. Kevin has proven to be unreliable and dishonest, particularly when it comes to financial matters. Like many others have shared, he takes your money and fails to provide refunds. I deeply regret choosing this clinic for my hair transplant—it has been over a year since the procedure, and the results have made my situation worse.

Do not trust Kevin Quest to book your hair transplant. Once he has your money, he becomes unresponsive. The results of my procedure are a disaster. The hairline looks unnatural, almost like it was drawn with a stencil, with obvious gaps and uneven density. It’s clear that the follicles were not inserted properly, resulting in clumps of hair that do not look real. The work feels rushed, with multiple areas completely missed.

The overall shape of my hairline is unflattering and looks worse than before. This has caused me significant emotional distress, and I now need to undergo another procedure to correct the damage. I would not wish this experience on anyone.

To make matters worse, Kevin still owes me £625 from April, and despite repeated attempts to contact him, I’ve received no response. Please avoid this clinic and Kevin Quest—this has been my biggest regret.

UPDATE: He has now said he will not give me my money back because of this review, that I can only get it if the review is removed this is not ethical business. Reporting to the care quality commission and trading standards

Very good service from Harley street. Had around 2754 grafts of my crown 14 months ago, the results I received are good. I was slightly thinning around my middle scalp, I have 4 PRP sessions and 1 PRP session every 4 months.

Had my surgery 6 weeks ago in Harley street clinic.

Despite having a few delays we managed to get my first PRP booked.

Very pleased with the end result, Dr Kalra and Alex really look after you on the day. Kevin and Dr Kalra are also always there for you via WhatsApp or email.

To start off kev seemed very helpful but everything then went wrong after my 1st hair transplant, to start he said he needed £1000 to secure the date (deposit) which was January 2024 but after a couple of days of paying deposit he then asks for me to clear up the remaining amount which I replied surely I pay on the day that’s what the deposit was for no ? Which he let me do and I believe if I payed him everything upfront I wouldn’t of even had my 1st session, any way January appointment got cancelled got rebooked in for February which I was seen, since then I have had 4/5 appointments cancelled lie after lie even when Kevin said he can book me in Birmingham I agreed (I live in London) so I booked a hotel up Birmingham for two nights as kev assured me this appointment is def going ahead and been confirmed then kev calls the day before to cancel and I lost out on a further £200 for the hotel, since then I have asked for a refund which kev replied he could do a partial refund less than half in a months time so I gave him the month and surprise no refund no contact no nothing has ignored messages and calls from me for weeks on end I have heard every lie from the doctors sick the doctor has a family emergency and even kev has told me he has been to busy to get back to me as he is having financial troubles and was loosing his home, so quick to take your money but once he has it he changes completely and it’s impossible to get hold of him I am taking this further to retrieve some of my money as I have now had to book with someone else to finish the procedure bottom line is I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy, back alley company con man is the only word comes to mind …. From the consultation with Kevin to the procedure with Dr Kalra and team at the Bury clinic they all are amazing and very professional.

Cannot be happier with this clinic.

Dr Kalra is very knowledgeable and passionate about hair transplants whilst I’m only 4 month’s post op I am thrilled with my results so far.

I am writing this review based on my experience so far with Dr Kalra. After doing some research I stumbled across this clinic in Newcastle. I reach out to Dr Kalra regarding right/left temples.

We scheduled a video consultation to discuss my options. I am booked in for my hair transplant in 2 months.

Dr Kalra and his team Alex and Chloe were friendly and professional.

The aftercare form Dr Kalra and Kevin have been great. The process was very straightforward no issues, I was even offered a 5 start lunch in Newcastle clinic. These guys really go the extra mile.
