Name Review

Firstly there is nothing dodgy going on with this company. There may have been two partners in the company originally and they have gone their separate ways keeping similar Co names ? I can assure you all Kevin explained the procedure very professionally and reassured me keeping in touch via phone calls and Whatysapps.As you will agree Kevin it is a very anxious time for clients and essential to be kept in the loop as you did for me. Dr. Karla along with his specialist nurse Alex were fantastic. First consultation with Dr.Karla filled me with confidence and put me at ease straight away with no hard sell or BS.

Alex the specialist nurse she was fantastic thank you to the whole team, I highly recommend Kevin Dr K and the team. I actually was quizzed by my taxi driver taking me back to the hotel from the Bury clinic. couldn’t recommend them enough I’ve given Kevin‘s phone number and company name to the taxi driver. I look forward to my commission KevinOne thing I will say A couple of cups of tea would’ve went down well ha ha but I would’ve probably needed the toilet many times : I look forward to the 2nd part of my hair transplant/transformation next year THANKS John Lane

I had my previous review removed so I am re-adding it now and being very careful with what I say. As I have had an interaction with this business, it has been quite negative. There is DODGY setup going on with two very similarly named businesses called harleystreethairplant. One is .org and one is .co.uk. They may or may not be related, eg current or former business partners. Again I can’t say anymore because I am being silenced by them.

Basically I warn ANY customer to be HIGHLY cautious interacting with this business. I have personally lost £1000 to a deposit for surgery that never happened, I never got a refund and now I am initiating a chargeback via my credit card company. It has taken heaps of my time and effort and I have been lied to my an individual who I can’t name as my last review was removed. I recommend steering clear of this business. Then after meeting with him again a year later for a check up we decided I would need further treatment in the form of a (top up) and he was good enough to provide the top up with no further charges . I went for this yesterday and I was very pleased with the service Dr Kalra provided. I look forward to seeing the growth results.

Dr Karla’s passion for his work is clearly evident from the moment you meet him, he has a calm experienced manner which makes you feel immediately at ease. All members of the team are exceptionally well trained and carry out their part of the procedure with great skill and confidence, I really felt I was in good hands. Dr Karla’s after care is superb, always on hand to answer any questions and to give advice. Kevin deserves a mention too, from the initial consultation to organising the procedure and checking how I was afterwards, he has helped to make me feel I made the right choice. It’s still early days but so far so good and I’m looking forward to seeing the final results.

Fantastic job by Dr Kalra and his amazing team. I’ve had two procedures both were pain free and the results are outstanding. Also thanks to Kevin who set it all up, can’t thank them enough. Definitely 5 star rating for me, very professional, highly recommended.
