If I could give less than zero stars I would.

They do not have a dental surgeon or prosthetic doctor that actually works there. They bring in contract doctors that moonlight there. The place is behind a locked door and no one actually works there until they get a victim (patient).

The people you will talk to have zero medical experience.

They constantly give contradictory advice. Good luck trying to get post-op instructions in writing.

Now to my story…

I sent them the list of medications I was taking prior to surgery. They didn’t even ask, but I sent it to them and asked if any would be an issue. They didn’t even respond to my first request. The second time they said they checked with “their” doctor and nothing should be an issue. Well, I was on a blood thinner and it was a problem!

After the surgery where I was given anesthesia, they dropped me off at my hotel. I have no recollection of even going to the hotel. I woke up in the middle of the night choking on my own blood. They were unavailable on WhatsApp (only way we even communicated). I had to be rushed to the hospital – not a great experience in Turkey. I was put on antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, etc. My face was swelling so bad that my lips split. My entire face was bruised. It kept getting worse and they kept giving me bad advice. I had to be admitted to the hospital a second time and spend the night there. Then I was rushed out of the hospital and moved to another hotel. They said it was to be closer to their “clinic”. I’m confident that it was to keep me away from the other dental patients since I looked like a freak. They had the dental technician sleep in a cot next to me in the hospital… it was now time to watch me and find some other excuse for their mistakes. They tried saying I was diabetic. Spoiler alert – I’m not diabetic.

I had to change my travel plans and stay an extra week so the same dental technician could administer antibiotic injections in the buttocks for the next five days. I highly doubt he’s qualified to give antibiotic injections or any other injections.

Oh, they also over charged me $900 and won’t refund those funds because they had to pay the hospital bill for the damage THEY did to me!

Trust me… stay FAR away from these butchers.

Had my teeth done now 8 months ago had a fantastic experience Burak and his team could have not been anymore helpful and they still check in with me now.

This may be a long review but it will provide relevant information for anyone seriously considering implant treatment with HCT.

It finally got to the stage where i hated looking in the mirror, even talking to people usually included my hand casually planted to cover my mouth.

excellent service from start to finish would highly recommend. Burak And his team could not help you enough. I am someone who is scared of dentists but I was totally put at ease by the excellent staff..

I had my reservations before booking as most people do, but i can honestly say i was so happy with everything from the start to finish. The communication with nazir and burak was good via wattsapp, and the price was good. I had composite bonding done but still this was my first time doing anything abroad. He answered all my questions before i went to istanbul so i felt reassured. Dr. M Vahit and his assistant were very honest, helpful, friendly, and extremely professional.Everyone makes you feel at home and comfortable!
