Thank you Hermes clinic, for ensuring that I feel better after my gastric sleeve surgery. The online aftercare is so helpful cause it’s a step by step instruction pros and cons of the healing process.

Had a boob uplift in Turkey, over the moon with them! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Hotels were lovely, had the best experience as I was on my own, which it didn’t feel like it

Had my teeth done in turkey (implants) with Hermes l, I had a great experience and the dentists did a fantastic job

I had so much help from Hermes on the phone while I was there sorting out my appointments and transport I spoke with a lady daily called Bilgehan

Who has been fantastic and really helped me when I was in Istanbul sorting everything out for me

Iv have left Leaving this review for sometime to allow the clinic time to resolve my issues and address my complaints, however it’s now at a stage where I have given this clinic ample time to resolve the issues Iv had/am having and I am getting nowhere, so here I am!

I went with Hermes and I chose Istanbul because of their availability and We discussed top and bottom individual teeth on my smile line.

When I arrived I was shocked to discover it looked more like a basement in the hospital, it was nothing like how they portray on social media.

After my rushed consultation I was given no prompt to discuss or choose my Shape or Shade prior to them starting the procedure. I suffer greatly with anxiety so situations of this kind it’s hard for me to speak up, especially when I’m on my own. During my conversations with the bookings team I was assured I would be fitted with temporary teeth for the duration of the time my ‘individual teeth’ were being made (I will explain the inverted commas in a moment!) this did not happen and I was left with ‘shark teeth’ with shaved teeth and nerves out in the open, which is a breeding ground for infection.

Fast forward to 3 Months after my procedure (Sept) I developed a raging infection and had to pay for an emergency out of hours appointment with a U.K. dentist. They advised me that I had infections in my gums due to them shaving my teeth down too far and that I needed a root canal due to this damage. The complete shocker for me though, was the dentist advising me that my teeth were not individuals but that I had been fitted with bridges!!

I could not afford the quote I was given to fix this at the time here in UK, so between September and December I had 3 major infections needing antibiotics etc which all costs money.

By March my tooth had become completely loose and that’s when I panicked, I got in touch with Hermes and they said they could treat it and that I’d need to come for 6 days, I asked to go to Izmir and I was told point blank no and I must go back to the same dentist and they would only cover the treatment costs (no travel or hotel). I only went back there due the quotes I had been given by U.K. dentists being too far out of my budget, so I had no choice. This time as explained above I had to sort my own accommodation even though this was not my fault, they refused to help with this or my flight costs.

when i arrived at the dentists I was told I needed to pay again, this was not happening as I had been told this was free! They finally backed down and agreed to do the work. I ended up having 2 root canals by them.

This was all back in April 2024 and now we are in December and I am still pain and still having issues, I last reached out to them in July and still have not had any form of response. My teeth are so sensitive all the time and day to day is a struggle.

Due to them giving me bridges, if I have any issue with one tooth then the whole bridge has to come off (which costs a fortune here in the U.K.) and my upper teeth now feel loose and you can see where it’s dropped.

£2.4K down the drain and wasted all it got me is dodgy teeth with constant pain.

I want a refund so I can get them redone by someone who can fix this permanently for me and I aim to take this as far as I can over all social media platforms.

I will never step foot in that dentist again and I urge anyone considering booking to NOT DO IT. I was mis-sold the treatment from the beginning and then botched! This is a constant daily battle for me, I do not want anyone else to go through what I have.

The level of attention and care of the staff was amazing, 5 stars. The whole process was easy and flowed and I felt safe the medical staff would take care of me and do the best. I felt very secure even though I was away from home and this made the my surgery and subsequent recovery, very smooth.

The Hermes staff also were excellent, replying to queries at any time, despite the time differences, always happy to help and ready to assist with anything. Can’t speak highly enough of the whole process.

If I could give it none I would.all the reviews here are fake.they a shower of butchers all they want is your money.if u get anything done off these butchers your gonna suffer pain for years.they should be closed down

I don’t know what to say but all went well our Doctor or soildierBubu, international consultants, nurses and dietician professionals and making sure we happy… Am back home healing very well, got my medications and taking a day at a timeI will definitely recommend my friends not forgetting about 5star hotel actually the hospital is 5star as well you will think you in a hotel. My companion was taken care of as well, their meal for his was perfect. I will advise you take a companion with to get more assistance because remember you not the only patient that time. Thank you very much for the experience I can’t wait for my transformation
