I already used this company last year for surgery so using the same company was an easy choice. Great communication, they always kept me up to date with all information that I needed. Friendly staff, will help with any questions that you have.

I underwent my procedure on the 25th of July, and I am pleased with the results so far. While I did encounter a few challenges initially, particularly with booking, payment, and discrepancies in the advertised services, I would still like to share my overall experience.

One issue that stood out was the disparity between the advertised “luxury” transport and the actual service provided. The images and videos used for promotional purposes, which featured celebrities receiving lavish welcomes from the airport to posh hotels, did not align with the experience offered to regular clients, despite paying the same amount. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the food provided consisted of only three cucumbers, three tomatoes, three olives, and water, so I would advise future clients to ensure they eat beforehand.

However, I must commend the actual procedure and the aftercare provided by the staff, which were excellent. Due to the nature of the procedure, the stay at the hotel is brief, and there is little opportunity to enjoy its amenities, as you are not able to eat or engage in much activity.

Despite the initial setbacks, I am grateful that the surgery was a success. I would like to extend my thanks to the staff who continue to check on me and guide me through the recovery process. Overall, I would recommend Hermes as one of the best in their field, especially when compared to other providers who have received negative reviews, including reports of serious complications.

Myself and my wife have just returned from Turkey after receiving dental treatment in the MY NOVA surgery in Izmir

Started on Sunday evening getting picked up from the airport in a luxury car and taken to our Hotel which was also an excellent Hotel

Picked up on the Monday morning and taken to the Surgery and received our consultation then the work started there and then

Picked up and dropped off in a luxury car every day as promised with a friendly driver who who excellent

My Dentist was Aslihan who was excellent and kept the interpreter informed of all my procedures who in turn informed me

My wife’s dentist was ilkyaz who was great with my wife . We received route canal treatment and surgery on my wife’s top gum and posts fitted before we could receive any of our crowns Not just a case of getting crowns fitted but a full mot before the nice bits

The interpreters Natalia and Emre who were with us from start to Finnish were great and kept us fully informed of next appointments and procedures

We would like to thank all the staff in My Nova for a great experience and end result from the dentists to the dental nurses and receptionists made our visit great and pain free

I had Rynoplasty Surgery 2 weeks ago. Im really happy with my results my side profile is amazing. Still swelling to go down to see the final result of front view. Dr Fatima & Nurse Sevgi were excellent very professional talked me through everything before and after procedure. Emre was my whatsapp contact from January. He answered all my questions eased my nerves felt good to be able to message someone anytime of the day. And He always gave me a good detailed response. Natalia came to the clinic & hospital with me she was lovely calmed my nerves translated everything for me so I fully understood. From start to finish it was a very smooth process. I highly recomend Hermes Clinic. I will defo be using them for my next procedure x

Had my surgery on Monday 05/08. Found Hermes Clinic on Social Media and contacted them for inquiry. The team was wonderful explaining everything and ensuring all my questions and concerns are responded to.

The service was great and support throughout was wonderful. Will be sure to suggest their services to close friends.

Communication on planning is good but when you get to turkey there is too much confusion .also on arrival the people waiting for you are very rude and language barrier

At the hospital everything was very good and the nurses are friendly and the doctors.

There is this nurse we call her baby that lady is very professional and make sure the patient feel loved and protected

Hospital care is really good. The pre tests are very thorough. The personal translater (Ece) was absolutely brilliant at her job and very empathetic. The hotel is a lovely little rest retreat to end the trip.

I had a very good experience with the clinic. The nurses & the doctors were very kind. I was well taken care of. From arriving to discharge, I was well taken care of. I would recommend this clinic!
