Name Review

If I could give this company a zero star I would. I had my hair transplant with Longevita a few months ago and up to now, none of the hair has grown and the grafts didn’t stick. My hair line is worse than it was before I had the implant.

To cut a long story short , I was communicating with the salesperson at Longevita via WhatsApp right before I booked my flight to Turkey. She informed me that hair transplants at Longevita are done by qualified surgeons. I was then a given a list of surgeons to choose from on a brochure which they call HATLookbook. It had names of the surgeons, their photographs and their area of expertise .The surgeon I chose to go with appears to have a lot of experience in afro hair.

Apparently her diary was fully booked but she had a few slots available in March. I booked my flights according to her schedule and only to be told on the day of the transplant that she had left the company few months ago. Now, you would think Longevita would have told me about this crucial information wouldn’t you ? But no they didn’t!!

That was the first red flag for me! I really should have walked out of that clinic at that stage which I regret wholeheartedly. It became clear at that point that Longevita do not use qualified surgeons for the hair transplants. The hair transplant procedures are carried out by trainee or assistants who calls themselves Technicians.

Essentially My hair transplant was performed by 2 assistants not even qualified surgeons who didn’t speak a word of English.

I had the procedure from roughly 8:30am- 1:30pm. Around 5hrs straight without the break despite their patient information pack saying that I will have a break in-between. I had to ask to use the toilet and none of the two trainees never checked to see if I was ok.

I was told I will have a translator all day throughout the surgery which is also mentioned in the patient information pack. However the translator wasn’t with me in the surgery , he was only at the clinic for 15mins- 30mins whilst I sign the consent forms. I was basically left alone with two assistants who didn’t speak any English to butcher my hairline.

After my surgery I was asked to come back the following morning to have my bandage removed. That was when I noticed that the transplanted area was so evenly spaced out and it didn’t seem like it had the 2500 grafts that I had paid for. I raised this with the translator and he just basically brushed it off. Please do not go to this place. It is very cheap for a reason. My hairline is basically worse than it was before. I wish I had saved a bit of money and went to a more reputable place.

I went Longevita based on the reviews on here. However, I realised that all these good reviews are as a result of people being forced to write a 5 star review whilst they are still at the clinic.

Anyways, I contacted Longevita aftercare several times and their response was ‘ I’m experiencing shock loss and the hair will start to grow in a few months. How can I be experiencing shock loss when none of the grafts sticked ? I basically have no hair and my hairline is worse than it was before. I wish I could upload before and after pictures on here.

I also find out that Longevita is actually a third party IE broker and their sole purpose is to make commission which they get from these roger clinics. This clearly explains why they don’t have your interest to heart.

At first i wasn’t sure but longevita is truly legit ,the whole process with the hair transplant was perfect and went well.Baris was so helpful as my patient coordinator.Very kind and helpful he was.It four months now since I had hair transplant and I have already started seeing results

I had a really good experience so far. Really good clinic and the staff are very professional and help you throughout your process. The costumer service is seamless and I never had an issue and your query on every stages will be answered swiftly and all the information I need was provided in timely manner.

Without any doubt I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

I would recommend Longevita 100%. I too was recommended the company by a friend who had a positive experience. From calls beforehand, to airport / intracity transfers, to them arranging hotel accommodation etc etc it all ran very smoothly. Special mention to Gizem who looked after me throughout the process and the surgeon and assistants at the clinic. Day five now after op and happy with the healing process.
