I contacted Ali in October and he provided me all the information and didn’t push to try to make me go imediatelly. In December i contacted him again asking about the dates and decided to go a week later. Everything happened as described. From the pickup from the airport, to the hotel, to the clinic and back to the airport. All the doubts before and after the procedure were clarified by him and André. They also explained all the post procedure with videos and it’s been 3 days and everything is going very well. I have no pain, and the result is looking good. My experience was very good and i definitely recommend it.

I recently underwent a hair transplant procedure and my experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the assistance I received was perfect. The agent, Ali, was incredibly attentive and professional, ensuring every detail was taken care of.
Ali was in contact with me the entire time, answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. I was picked up from the airport in a great car, taken to my hotel, and later escorted to the clinic with the utmost care and punctuality.
The medical team was excellent, providing top-notch care and supplying me with everything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A huge thank you to Ali and the entire team for making this process so smooth and stress-free.
The only issue I encountered was at the airport ( coming back home) , where agents initially didn’t want to let me carry my care kit.
However, Ali promptly provided me a medical document confirming it was for post-procedure care, and the problem was quickly resolved. Once again, thank you guys for this amazing experience, I can’t wait to see the results.

Contactei a clinica em Agosto e fiz a minha cirurgia de transplante capilar em Novembro. Todo o processo foi muito fácil de agendar, pois a clinica trata de tudo. Desde alojamento em hotel 5*, transfers, etc. O serviço foi impecável, todos extremamente atenciosos e disponíveis para me ajudar e a responder a todas as minhas dúvidas. Após avaliação no local, decidiram colocar mais folicúlos do que o previsto e fiquei muito satisfeito. Acredito que o resultado será muito bom! Foi a realização de um sonho! Sou de Portugal e a lingua não foi uma barreira pois falam português, um ponto a favor para me deixar mais confortável.
