After researching several potential hair transplant clinics, I chose Nim Clinic due to my positive interactions with Riza, one of their representatives. Riza was informative and reassuring, which played a significant role in my decision.
The organization and professionalism of the Nim Clinic personnel were outstanding. Everything proceeded as planned. Upon arriving in Turkey, I was provided with complimentary accommodation at a hotel. The next morning, I met my translator, Irene, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She guided me through all the necessary information and ensured I returned safely to my room after the procedure.
The staff performing the procedure worked seamlessly together. Given that the process took eight hours, I was impressed by their stamina and consistency.
I am eagerly looking forward to seeing the results and will share before and after photos in the future.

After searching for the top providers in Turkey, I saw Nimclinic placing at the top 5 in most of the lists and was surprised to know that they gave the best price among those I contacted. The marketing officer was responsive and the team conducting the operations was professional and accommodating. The language translator was conversant of English and knowledgeable of the process. The post-operation team remains in contact and attentive to my queries.
If any area for improvement, I would have loved to hear more from the assigned doctor who was rather reserved, though it might have been due to language barrier.
The ultimate determinant of the quality of the service would still be the results of the transplantation, which I have yet to see in the coming months. But for now, I can say had a pleasant experience that I can recommend to those who are considering Nimclinic.

The team at Nimclinic are great. From the guy who picks you up and drops you back at the airport, to the translators and the surgeons, they are very friendly and professional. I had my procedure done roughly 6 months ago and am delighted with the results already. My procedure took 6-7 hours and then I was taken back the following morning for the first wash. The surgeons are great and kept making sure I was ok, as did both of the translators. They gave me good advice about how many grafts they thought they should take and exactly where my ‘old’ hair needed them put in.
They have been brilliant from start to finish and still regularly get in touch to see how I am doing.
They get a massive thumbs up from me.
