I had the FUE hair transplant with Dr Munir’s clinic. John has been fantastic, from start to finish, he regularly kept in touch. Was. On hand always, received personalised advice and prompt responses. Ange and her colleague did my procedure and both were good. I will definitely recommend John and Dr Munir’s clinic.

It’s the second time I’ve underwent a procedure with Now Cosmetics and this experience was just as positive as the first. Due to Karl and the team’s professionalism I had no doubt I would use them again, the preparation and aftercare is second to none. Kerry a new addition to the team provides excellent follow up care with scheduled chats, guidance and photo reviews keeping the recovery on track to provide the optimum results.

I had my hair transplant 2 weeks ago and is healing really well. I could not recommend now cosmetic surgery enough. They’ve been great from start to finish. I originally went on 23rd Dec for this however, I had high blood pressure and the procedure could not go ahead. For all I was gutted the surgeon had a duty of care to ensure I got checked by my GP incase of any health concerns. I went to GP and all was fine and got a covering note and was put down to nerves . I got a cancellation 7th Jan all went really well the surgeon team were great throughout. Kerry Broadbent the coordinator has been amazing, such a lovely lady and approachable. Any questions or concerns I had I could reach out to her and she was always there. She was in contact with me on a regular basic giving guidance on the aftercare and wanted regular pics to check the healing process. I would highly recommend these .. great service throughout. I paid £3500 including a PRP injection great price for the procedure and amazing service.

I had my transplant back at the beginning of November and I’m so pleased with how it’s healed and starting to grow. The actual transplant day was smooth and well organised.

John has been an absolute star since day 1 of making contact. Always happy to answer questions, checked in daily after the procedure until I hit the stage where there wasn’t daily changes. Even now I can go to him with any questions.

From pre op to post op the service has been nothing but excellent . The surgeons and staff on the op day were so friendly and professional they made feel at ease and I good hands . The after care I’ve received from my go to guy throughout was John, he was absolutely 5star . He’s a great guy always at the end of the phone if I needed advise and reassurance. Looking forward to my results .

The surgery all seems good it’s early days I’m two weeks after surgery. There all good at clinic doing procedure. The care person or team been brilliant told me exactly what to expect before procedure and contacted me every day after procedure asking photos and advising me what to do next made the exspierence a lot less nerve racking. So I got in touch with the company probably around November and I spoke to Carl at first who went through all of the general things regarding the transplant he was very helpful and help me get to the decision of wanting it done which I then got it done on the 17th of December. Knowing how much it cost to get it done I would’ve paid double for the job that has been done. On the day of my surgery it was super easy I went spoke with the lead surgeon and some other nurses etc about what I wanted. I’d be lying if I said it was painless however I can’t stress enough the only painful bit is the first 10 mins of getting anaesthetic. Once it’s set in there’s no pain at all I even fell asleep twice. I was pleased with how they took care of me on the day and over the moon with the job they had done.

Finally the aftercare was amazing the aftercare nurse Kerry was great couldn’t have asked for someone more helpful. I didn’t ask too many questions but it was so reassuring to know that if I had any I could message her. She rang me every couple of days to see how I was doing as it is a bit of a taxing time the 2 weeks after but 110% worth getting done. THANK YOU to all that has helped me to get this done.

Now Hair by Now Cosmetic Surgery is just a broker and you won’t be dealing with a Hair Clinic directly.

The clinics they send their clients to is Hair Growth Centre ( a hair mill with very bad reviews )

If you want to save yourself a fortune go direct to Hair Growth Centre , or even better avoid both and find a good clinic .

Don’t be fooled by there impressive reviews on Trustpilot, all these reviews really emphasis there impressive pre and post op customer service, strange how these reviews never mention the operation , grafts , Dr or Technicians who did the procedure.

The repetitive nature of their reviews should be a red flag . It seems every reviewer is more concerned about the great support they’ve received over the phone rather than the FUE procedure itself .

How can the broker have such great reviews when the clinics they send their clients to have such bad reviews, it doesn’t tally up .

Luckily I paid a deposit by credit card so I have now instructed my bank to reimburse me through a section 75 claim , due to the false advertising of this Hair Transplant Broker .

I did my research into Now Hair too late and I got fooled by their flashy website and good reviews.

If I save 1 person from making the same mistake I will be glad.

As far as a uncomfortable, and somewhat tiring experience getting a hair transplant is, the support I had from Karl and his team especially Kelly who provided invaluable support both mentally and knowledge wise was brilliant.

This made me so much more confident throughout the process ensuring I dis everything correct to get the best result.
