I couldn’t of picked a better company to go ahead with this procedure they literally picked me up on time fed me chatered to all my needs and went above and beyond what I expected if you want to be in safe hands this is place

This review is based on my personal experience following a hair transplant procedure in January 2025.

The hospital’s hygiene standards were deeply concerning. I observed blood stains on the floor and electrical sockets from previous patients, and the equipment showed significant signs of wear and rust in the floor cabinets.

While the doctor was present, the nurses behaved professionally. However, once the doctor left at around 6 p.m., the atmosphere shifted. Nurses were frequently on their phones, taking smoking breaks, and eating. Alarmingly, some even ate while performing my hair implantation, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and professionalism.

The process felt rushed and unorganized, with the focus seemingly on completing the procedure as quickly as possible. The first translator was excellent, but the second translator, a tall gentleman who assisted during the final stage, appeared uninterested in his role and reluctant to answer questions. As the evening progressed and 9 p.m. approached, the staff seemed agitated and eager to leave, which left me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued patient.

Overall, my experience at Sanamentum was disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services.

Had another great experience having my second hair transplant with Sanamentum team. The staff are very kind and made me fell very welcome from day one. All staff at the Hotel Ramada Encore we’re friendly and helpful and food was very nice and so we’re the mini van drivers who transport you to all the locations involved at Sanamentum hair transplant in Instanbul. set up is straight forward from day one and provide advice and support to you throughout the process Definitely recommend Sanamentum for your hair transplant

Recently, I underwent a hair transplant at Sanamentum in Istanbul. The procedure lasted seven hours, performed by the doctor with the assistance of two nurses. I experienced no complications, as the operation has become quite routine, and the medical team was excellent in their work. A good service depends not only on the results provided by the doctor but also on the team that oversees and manages the administrative and aftercare aspects, which I believe are very important. For that reason, I want to give a huge shoutout to Efe and Ismail for their amazing support during my hair transplant experience at Sanamentum. They really made a difference!

Efe was super attentive and made sure I understood everything about the procedure. He answered all my questions and helped calm my nerves, which I really appreciated.

Ismail was fantastic too! He was always there, ready to help with anything I needed, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Together, they created such a friendly and supportive atmosphere that made the whole experience so much easier.

From the very start to the end everything was well organised, clearing doubts on time and the way the care for the surgery. The transfers, accommodation was on proper time without delays. Everyone who assisted us like Emre Can, Hilal,Ismail,Erdem was fantastic. Thankyou and highly recommended.

A very seamless trip to Istanbul for a hair transplant with Sanamentum. The trip was exactly as was explained by the coordinating teams and couldn’t rate Sanamentum highly enough. The hospital was very professional and friendly and did a great job. Efe at Sanamentum was in constant contact which is very helpful and reassuring. The hotel was amazing and very comfortable that make the best Burgers!! Would use Sanamentum again should the need arise.
