From first contacting Sanamentum the sevice has been first class. The coordinators answered all my questions promptly and almost instantly even on a Sunday. I arrived at the airport and the transfer was waiting for me and friendly. The hotel was first class. I was given my full itinerary, explaining pick up times and the procedure. The hospital was spotless and modern. Massive shout out to my surgeon Dr Firat Siksik. He was like a breath of fresh air, so skilled and professional, the 2 nurses were also fantastic throughout. My follow up appointment was brilliant the next morning. I couldn’t possibly thank the amazing team at Sanamentum more. The UK can learn a lot from the work ethic and personality shown from all the staff in Istanbul. From the bottom of my heart thankyou, what an amazing experience. I can now live with confidence of having a full head of hair. The value for money for the services I received have left me speechless. I have refered 5 of my friends and colleagues already to Sanamentum and I will carry on singing your praises in the future. Thankyou.

Sanamentum total experience was good,but after care service after couple weeks I have a bad experience because I have got a bad infection and the response I got after 5 days,during this time infection is gone very bad,they have to improve this service that’s very important otherwise no point you have spent your time and money.

Please avoid I can not stress this enough !! I used this company in early March so I’m 5 weeks post op writing this , I had contacted a minimum of 10 other clinic’s but this one was on my emails and whattsapp everyday with rapid response so I explained what I wanted breast implants and was told I’d need a uplift too I stated I wanted to go as big as I could a cup d dd or bigger, I have previously been a heavier girl and had lost 3 stone in weight and I had d size cup whilst being larger. I was told this was fine 15 minutes before my actually operation at 8am Friday morning my surgeon came to see me he asked how big I said BIG d dd he said what’s your profession i know from previous breast implants patients this is a common question as if I was a sex worker he would have gave me big breasts but instead I said my profession and he said with very broken English NO I give you a c cup I told him NO , he left promptly next thing I know I’m being wheeled into theater I came out in tears as soon as I woke as I knew I had NOT got what I asked or payed for, NOBODY apart from the surgeons assistant spoke English not even the word water , it was not the cleanest clinic I had strangers walking in and out of my room whilst my breasts were on show . I have sent sooo many emails and messages complaining to be told wait 2 months !!! they are not going to grow 3 cup sizes all of a sudden , it literally took me 30 years to save as I have 5 kids whos needs are always put before mine but now there grown I bit tre bullet, im terrified of planes major claustrophobia but I did it for the first time to be left looking like a man with big pecks my body is ruined I honestly have complained so much but ignored so I’m now seeking legal advice so please do not go for breast surgery here .

I had spent time discussing my ops thigh lift and boob uplift with implant. I would only have my thighs if the incision was to the groin. This was agreed weeks before. Then again on the morning of my consultation I expressed this and Dr Gozu marked me up. All my markings were great, in the groin and just shy of half way down my leg (I only had a small area of loose skin) I said I wanted DD but minimum 300CC. To my horror when I woke up I had incisions 2 inches below my groin all the way around under my bum and down my leg to my knee!! I was mortified and crying. Not one single English talking person! My boobs were 200 CC an A cup! Honestly I now hate my body more than before I feel I have been butchered. Nobody cares! No after care and I was sent home from the hospital at 8am the next morning! My package on booking was 2 nights hospital. I won’t even show my body nor to my partner I am 40 and I’m left with horrific very visible scars. I’ve also now spoke with several others who keep reaching out to the company with no luck on a response. Please please please avoid this company!! It’s clear from the reviews weight loss surgery or hair transplants seem to be all they are good at! If you are thinking of major surgery avoid!
