Quality of service not standardised. Avoid the one in St. Stephens green. Barber gave an uneven fade as well as trim and didnt even know how to style the hair properly.

Grafton barber Monkstown, terrible service asked for 1.5 and gave me a 0.5. Manager at the time said it was fine and would only take a week or two to grow back and they also charged me full price,DO NOT GO TO GRAFTON BARBER MONKSTOWN

Ridiculous queuing system, with both walk ups and bookings in operation. You can wait for 20 minutes only to be displaced by people arriving in saying they have a booking. Frustrating.

I highly recommend this branch Grafton Barber in Jervis.They are very . Brought my 6yrs old son first time to check if they allowed walk in and its just 1minute he start to cut my son’s hair and this is exciting part. I ask to follow the picture and he did it! My husband and I are happy to see my son is happy on his new haircut.and Now he is my son’s newhair stylist. Welldone Kiran
