This is the worst clinic in fact It’s shame to call as a clinic I’d rather call them muggers and scammers. They are biggest liars and their dentists are not qualified to be nurses compare to Europe. So avoid them as they will rub you and lie to you it will be waste of time to go there. They try to convince you go to the clinic for a good price but as soon as you there prices will change and then you will get different charges everyday you are there .
El pasado diciembre me llamaron para ofrecerme una oferta para ponerme la boca entera. Soy una afectada de la dana en Valencia y yo podía ir los días de dicha oferta, pero la persona que me atendió me dijo que si ingesaba 700€ podía ir más adelante, así que me convenció y el día 5 he hice el ingreso. Después de comentarlo con mi familia y amigos me entraron dudas y al día siguiente le dije a la señorita que quería desistir del tratamiento.
Me dijo que por la política de la empresa solo me devolverían 630€ ,aunque no estaba de acuerdo y al no saber las leyes de Turquía le dije que lo aceptaba.
Al día de hoy no he recibido ningún dinero , he escrito pidiendo el reembolso, me atendió otra persona que me dijo que pasaba el caso para que me devolvieran el dinero, todo esto por WhatsApp. Ayer intenté volver ha hablar, no me contesta nadie y eso que tengo 3 conversaciones abiertas.
Tengo toda la documentación y las conversaciones con los operadores.
No paguen nada por adelantado que se quedan sin el dinero.

I went to Turkey for a combined surgery, and the staff were amazing. They made me feel welcomed and safe.
When I first arrived, they conducted many tests. Unfortunately, the results were not good, and my surgery was canceled. However, they were incredible because they prioritized my life over any financial loss. For that, I am truly grateful. They will refund the surgery money.
