Vera Clinic Review

I had DHI hair restoration procedure at Vera Clinic on 31st January 2025. From start to finish the service was excellent and the whole process was made seemless. The hotel was beautiful and the clinic was modern, clean and state of the art.

I received excellent support from both Andreas, the medical consultant, and Lea, the aftercare assistant. These people went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, informed and at ease at every step of the journey. I would fully recommend this clinic (and already have done) to anyone interested in hair restoration!

My experience with Vera Hair Transplant has been outstanding so far.

From the moment I arrived, the level of care has been exceptional. The 5-star accommodation was top-notch, and transportation to and from the hotel, as well as the airport, was well-organized and punctual.

The Vera clinic itself is impressive—modern, sleek, and futuristic. The equipment, computers, and facilities are all state-of-the-art, making the entire experience feel cutting-edge.

The translators on the team are incredibly kind and welcoming. My consultation with the doctor was smooth, and there was no confusion about the design of my new hairline.

The team of skilled surgeons who perform the hair extraction are not only professional but also calming and friendly. The process itself can be a bit uncomfortable, mainly due to the anesthetic injections in your scalp, which can sting for a few minutes. However, it lasts only 3-4 minutes. The donor extraction takes around 90-120 minutes, and afterward, everything is well bandaged.

The hair transplant itself is quite comfortable since there’s no pain during the procedure. It can last between 3-4 hours, depending on the amount of hair being transplanted.

Once the procedure is complete, Vera provides clear instructions on how to sleep and care for your hair. The next day, I returned to the clinic for a hair wash, where they showed me the proper technique for washing my hair.

They also gave me a care package containing medication, creams, shampoo, and a bucket hat to protect my scalp during the recovery process.

Two weeks post-transplant, Vera has been in continuous contact via WhatsApp (Lea has been amazing). They’ve been incredibly responsive and helpful, answering any questions right away.

Overall, Vera has been fantastic, making the whole experience much easier and less painful than I anticipated. I highly recommend Vera Clinic.
