I booked a surgery which didn’t happened due to medication they didn’t have in the hospital. Due to that they couldn’t do the surgery and didn’t want to give money back. £1500. I have provided the communication of the cost of the surgery and the cancellation message

They said I should have shared a more medical information while I have repeatedly asked if they needed anything else and they said nothing. They forgot to asked and realised on the day that they should have. As they ended up not having the meds in their hospital

The clinic try to blame me on information they didn’t. I have asked multiple times (have our transcripts) if they needed anything else they never did

And even they said they will refund part of it they never did and stop replying.

I have a message that they will refund on the 22nd of April but never did

I have messaged them as I haven’t received any payment and they’re not replying anymore.

Please be aware and careful if you’re solo and have a health issue. They kick me out of the hotel and kept my money. This is not safe at all, especially as a women.

A case has been open in UK against them and my bank is disputing the cost for me the be refunded

My regret is I haven’t spoke to previous client before hand. Please be safe, and the cheap cost isn’t worth the unsafe the environnement you end up when they don’t take responsibility of something they completely missed out as medical. And you get fouled by the’re kindness on what’s app.

Do not pay more than the deposit if you go ahead. And do the rest of the payment after the surgery. Don’t the same mistake a me.

I am now 5 days post opp I am so happy to have chosen this clinic everyone from start to finnish was really supportive and kind! There were times I really struggled but everyone at the clinic were amazing , I want to say thank you to Dr Mustapha Ekram Gules for being so amazing and great communication and giving me my best results. I would like to thank my nurses aswell as Sandra for being so caring and patient with me , and a very big thank you for my amazing physiotherapist MYA she is so incredible and every time I felt pain or stiffness or swelling her massages were so effective and amazing! Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel also!!!!
