I recently had a fantastic experience with The Wimpole Clinic Birmingham specifically Mihir, Tarah, Dr Thomas, Eve and the rest of the supporting technicians where I underwent a 2100 FUE hair transplantation focusing on my frontal and crown areas. From the very first consultation, the staff were incredibly welcoming and informative, ensuring I understood every aspect of the process. The procedure itself was handled with utmost professionalism and care, and I felt comfortable throughout with very minimal pain or discomfort. I actually fell asleep for most of the procedure. Now, looking at the early results, I am absolutely thrilled. My hair looks natural, and the recovery process is going much smoother than I anticipated, thanks to the excellent post-operative support provided by the clinic. Exceptional attention to detail and customer care throughout the whole journey. My 2,500 graft procedure was conducted by Dr Malkhani and his team of expert technicians including Shiraz and Shahrazad and lasted 7 hours in total. They were all attentive, caring and focussed on the task at hand throughout. My advisor, Husnain, was professional and engaged right from my initial consultation through to daily contact on Whatsapp during my 10 day recovery, even though he was on holiday at the time.

There was no hard sell, no upsell, no pressure and the wrap around service and care deserve the full five stars. I’m excited about the coming months and seeing the fruits of all of this hard work.

From consultation with Samanta to having my fut procedure done by DR Ahmad moussa and his team the whole process was seamless. Felt very comfortable during the whole process and was actually a very enjoyable experience very professional set up at the wimpole clinic.
