Everything about Winpole clinic from consultation through to the procedure and after care has been exceptional.

I attended the Birmingham clinic and on the day of the procedure I had the pleasure of Dr.Thomas and his team, I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed by the full team, the slight nerves I had soon went away as the very experienced team took me through the day step by step.

Also Mihir has been great throughout the journey responding to WhatsApp and emails quickly providing lots of knowledge and useful information.

You receive a goody bag to use post surgery filled with what you need to get off to the best recovery, along with having them on the phone when needed and daily emails with how you should be completing your aftercare that day.

I attended a number of different clinics during my research into getting an hair transplant and Wimpole was by far the stand out. I highly recommended to use them to anyone thinking about getting a hair transplant.

Fantastic, procedure went smoothly and the aftercare has been excellent

Great service from the start until finish, from the consultation to the after care. They give you all the information to let you know what to expect, they don’t over sell it and are honest about the results and what to expect. The communication is great they keep in touch with you from the start and especially the after care as they communicate with you daily to help with the after care. Would 100% recommend and all the staff are great, plus they get amazing results regarding the work.

From the consultation day till now the communication and help has been brilliant from Caj to the team on the surgery day everyone made me feel relax and calm and told me through the procedure step by step very happy with the results so far

A fantastic clinic, amazing from start to finish. Had my hair transplant recently and was well looked after, staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for you. I can’t even begin to put into words how thankful and appreciative I am of Wimpole. From the intial consultation with Mihir, his personable approach made me feel at ease and more than just a potential customer. I felt that he actually cared about helping me and guiding me through the process of reclaiming my confidence and hair back. I can’t thank him enough!

Before the surgery, Dr Thomas and Sian took extra time to make sure that I was happy with every aspect of the new hairline they had created and drawn on, whilst explaining the benefits of the design and how it would look natural and undetectable now, and in my later years. Even though I said I was happy, they made me have some extra time to myself to check in different mirrors and send a picture to my wife to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured into just accepting the first design they had drawn on and they were more than happy to slightly alter it based on my suggestions, which I really appreciated.

The surgery itself was fully pain free after the intial injections to numb the area and the level of care and attention to detail was evident the whole time. A play list of relaxing jazz and friendly conversation helped the surgery fly by! I can’t thank Dr Thomas and Sian enough for their professionalism and friendliness. After the surgery, I had a few questions about my aftercare, which Mihir responded to almost instantly via whatsapp and made me feel like he was here for me when ever i needed any answers, once again, I can’t thank him enough!

I was on the fence about having a hair transplant for so long and I wish I had just taken the plunge years ago. The experience has been life changing and if anyone is reading this and are unsure or on the fence about it, I urge you to go and have a consultation with Mihir, you will not regret it.

I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience from being to end. Adam my consultant was really helpful, even after surgery he checked on me and provided me good aftercare.
