When I was initially searching for hair transplant, FUE, I had contacted both places in the United States as well as Turkey. There were a few different clinics in Turkey that reached out to me, but only one stood out and that was Artmed. I spoke with Invi Aliaj Via WhatsApp and then we ended up having a couple of video phone calls. After those phone calls, I felt very comfortable booking my time with Artmed for my hair transplant. After I booked my airline tickets and scheduled everything else, I boarded a plane for Istanbul.
I was met at the airport by a driver in a wonderful Mercedes-Benz limo style van with an envelope in their address to me directly. I was taken to my hotel where I was dropped off. I settled in got some sleep. The next day I was able to go around town a little bit with the help of an interpreter and see some wonderful things. After that, we went to the clinic and started the procedure. They were absolutely wonderful and the procedure was completed. They held my hand all the way through explaining everything over and over again making sure I understood the instructions on medication’s shampoos how to properly take care to make sure that the grafts took hold.
I would highly recommend Artmed for an FUE hair transplant. I was blown away by the level of attention I received while I was over there,

So I was looking into S Korea plastic surgery vacations and Brazil and India and I came across Turkey. After researching Turkey found out Turkey was cutting edge and the best of the best. Prices right on par with other locations..
You know what really sold me on ArtMed? I met Invi. He had all the answers and worked fast. Got my photos submitted to the dr’s. Got me payment info. He set up everything. I was of course a bit nervous going to a foreign country for multiple surgeries, not just hair plants. He had me talk to another customer of his who had just got the process and had flown back!
He worked hard to make sure I was comfortable and knew the process. He was a good salesman but not pushy. I had some life situations happen where I did a small deposit but couldn’t set my flight up for a few months. He checked in with me about monthly until I was ready and then he made the magic happen.
He set up all the dr appointments and clinic and hospital stays. He coordinated everyone’s schedule to fit in the new me within the week.
It was an amazing experience and I would recommend to anyone, and I have already! He had translators, cars, food was taken care of. It was just awesome.
And ArtMed made me feel safe and in good hands. I did have some surgery that required general anesthesia so that was a bit nerve racking.. but the translators Invi got me were top notch. Friendly faces when I went to sleep and first smiling faces I saw when I woke up.
I’m not sure I’ll ever go to a USA dr ever again for any type of surgery or help. This experience was that good. And cost effective.
Cannot say enough good things about Invi and the entire team, “my” team, that was created to support me from ArtMed. I went solo but never once felt alone.

The procedure itself is well organised and managed. The nurses, doctors, translators and even the girl who washes your hair are all lovely and make you feel very comfortable at all times. Hotel was good too, although a little far from the action for my liking. Can’t complain though, it was very comfortable with great food.

Anja, the care consultant and coordinator, was an absolute delight to work with. She was incredibly personable, friendly, and attentive to my needs throughout the entire process. Anja went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her recommendations on things to do during my stay in Turkey were greatly appreciated and made my experience even more enjoyable. I have to say, Anja’s professionalism and dedication were the main reasons I chose Artmed for my hair transplant.
Mehmet, the onsite clinical coordinator and translator, was also outstanding. He was not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable about the procedure. Mehmet took the time to explain every aspect of the process to me and made sure I knew exactly what to expect, both during and after the procedure. His attention to detail and commitment to my care were truly commendable.
Overall, the clinic itself was top-notch. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-equipped, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The entire staff led by Dr. Mohammed at Armed, Turkey, demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that instilled confidence in me from the moment I walked in. Yet to start experiencing full growth but I am pleased with the care I received throughout my time at Artmed. I would highly recommend Artmed to anyone considering a hair transplant procedure.
