Vorige week geopereerd door Dokter Cengiz. Neus operatie ondergaan, zowel medisch als cosmetisch: neusschot recht laten zetten (i.v.m. ademhalingsproblemen), poliepen verwijdert en een kleine neuscorrectie aan neustip.

In eerste instantie vond ik het best wel spannend om een operatie in het buitenland te ondergaan. Maar eenmaal daar gearriveerd, viel het mij al vrij snel op, dat alles op professionele wijze is georganiseerd. Bij Esteworld zijn er meerdere Nederlands sprekende contactpersonen aanwezig in de kliniek. Ik ben goed ontvangen! Het contact met de arts is prettig verlopen en zowel voor- tijdens- als na de operatie is er goed voor mij gezorgd!

Helaas moest ik wat langer in het ziekenhuis blijven vanwege wat kleine (onschuldige) complicaties. Maar ik was in goede handen. De verpleegkundigen controleerden alles goed (denk aan: hartslag- en bloeddruk meten, bloed waarden, wond verzorging etc.) en ik hoefde maar op het “belletje” te drukken of ze stonden paraat.

Ook na ontslag vanuit het ziekenhuis, was de nazorg goed geregeld. Ik moest een paar keer terug komen voor controle en voor vragen kon ik altijd bij mijn contact persoon terecht.

Nu nog wachten op het officiële eindresultaat! Over 4 maanden schijnt 40% genezen/zichtbaar te zijn en over 8 maanden 100% wat mij geruststelt is dat je bij eventuele ontevredenheid, weer (kosteloos) kunt terugkomen. Mijn moeder was niet volledig tevreden, na een operatie die zij daar 1,5 jaar geleden heeft ondergaan. Zij is met mij mee geweest en Esteworld heeft dit probleem kosteloos gecorrigeerd.

Toevallig heb ik twee vriendinnen die een neusoperatie hebben ondergaan in NL. Ik kan je vertellen dat mijn ervaring in Turkije toch écht vele malen beter is als hun ervaring in NL.

Ik raad Esteworld zeker aan!

From the very beginning the service was outstanding. Was contacted by Ariana who helped book my appointment and she took me through the different types of transplants and which is best for my hair. She was very quick to reply to any questions i had and explained it in detail. A special mention to Yunus the patient co ordinator who arranged the transport and booked the hotel for me. The drivers that took me to and from the airport as well as the hospital were such nice people who I got chatting to whether it was about the transplant or talking about general topics. When I arrived to the hospital i genuinely felt like a famous person thats how well they treated me i was met by a translator (Sedef) who explained clearly step by step what was going to happen leading up to the transplant itself. Every step was carried out by the utmost professionalism which further proved I made the best choice by choosing EsteWorld. I was given very insightful answers to any queries i had regarding the after care. The staff in and around the premises would always greet me and have a smile on their face. Upon the completion of my operation i was messaged by a patient follow up specialist named Sanaz who guided me on the do’s and dont’s of hair transplant after care and just like her colleagues she was very quick to assist me with any questions I had.

Overall the whole experience from the very beginning was just amazing and totally worth it. Anyone that is contemplating about doing a hair transplant EsteWorld without doubt is the place for it. 10/10. Tanrı kutsasın EsteWorld family!

Die Erfahrung mit Esteworld war toll. Leider ist das time Management nicht wirklich gut. Abholung um 8 und schlussendlich doch erst um 9:45 die Behandlung. Dies war wirklich keine schöne Erfahrung, zu dem die Zeit mit dem Arzt auch sich sehr wie eine Fließband Abfertigung anfühlte. Es ging immer alles sehr schnell. Wünschenswert wäre auch das man den Arzt nach der OP einmal Persönlich zu Gesicht bekommt und nicht einfach entlassen wird. Dort auch wieder das Gefühl von Fließband Abfertigung. Mir wurde gesagt ich solle mich beeilen damit der Fahrer nicht lange wartet. Das Ergebnis daraus war das mir schwarz vor Augen wurde. Keine schöne Erfahrung.

Fazit: ein wirklich nettes Team allerdings sollten sie an ihrem Einverständnis und zeit Management arbeiten !!
