It was a complete disappointment for me. I did not get what I paid for in any way. I chose this place for hair transplantation in December 2023 upon the advice of a friend. Everything was fine until the transplantation process. I chose the package that included a 4-month care set. The events started on the day of the hair transplantation. Someone quickly drew the area where the transplantation would be done with a pen in his hand. The transplantation was done. I stayed there for 2 days.

I asked the employees for an invoice for the money I paid. They gave me a paper showing that the money I paid was collected. I was able to get my invoice after my insistence, although it was difficult. On the day I was leaving the hotel, I had to argue with the atheist driver of an old vehicle that came to pick me up for minutes on the road just because I said “I hope so”. Anyway, I was able to get home safe and sound without getting into an accident or getting into trouble. They took very good care of me on the phone for the first 10 days.

In the following days, weeks and even months, no one contacted me. However, they had to call me every month and ask for pictures. At the end of the 4th month, the hair started to grow and I realized that the transplantation was crooked on all sides. I contacted them myself. I explained why I hadn’t been called and that this transplant wasn’t good. They immediately asked me for a picture. A few hours later someone called me and said we’ve called you every month, your check-ups seem to have been done here, I talked to the doctor, he said it was better to have this shape, it was an asymmetrical appearance.

Do you laugh or cry? Then I had check-ups every month by different people for a few months. We’re in the 10th month now, still no one is calling or asking. I hope no one else experiences what I’ve experienced. I definitely don’t recommend it.

Hair Transplant Experience in Turkey

It’s time for me to share my experience of getting a hair transplant in Turkey. I’m originally from Sweden, but of Ukrainian descent, so I speak Russian. There are plenty of ads on Facebook and other social media platforms, but I decided to rely on Google reviews instead of the advertising. I have to admit, the clinic had some negative reviews, but compared to the positive ones, they were much fewer.

In the end, I chose a clinic and reached out to them on WhatsApp. They asked me what language I preferred to communicate in, and I said Russian. They responded, “Please wait, our medical consultant will get in touch with you,” and that evening, Nargiz contacted me. She speaks several languages, including Russian, and was able to explain all the steps of the transplant process clearly. She even showed me anonymized photos of previous clients so I could have a clear understanding of what to expect and how the results would look.

I scheduled the operation for May and paid a small deposit of €50, but they did ask me to show proof of purchased plane tickets. The procedure itself went very quickly. I arrived at the clinic in the morning, they ran all the necessary tests, and then a man with broken English explained what they were going to do. Now I see that it was an owner of the clinic . After that, a female doctor and several nurses—around six or eight hands —worked together on my transplant same time. They were clearly very experienced; I am pretty sure i was their probably a thousandth patient, so the whole process felt very automated.

Oh, and there was a trainee/practitioner too. He attempted the procedure two or three times, placing grafts, but it didn’t bother me. His three attempts didn’t affect the overall number of grafts, which turned out to be around 2,600.

Interestingly, I wasn’t the only woman at the clinic, which reassured me and boosted my confidence. It’s strange that clinics like this mainly advertise hair transplants for men and don’t focus much on female patients. This is a mistake because, for women, hair loss can be devastating! It can lead to insecurity, loss of femininity and attractiveness, and even depression. I managed to overcome that state, and I hope others can too.

Amateur and very expensive. The medical team has no competence for hair transplantation. My friend had serious problems with them. Donor area was demolished by the medical team and it is easily seen. Their methods are so disappointing.

After the extremely bad experience with the hospital that I described in my first review, many people contacted me asking what the situation is nowadays and whether the money back guarantee advertised by the hospital works.

Unlike tons of fake hospital reviews (no photos given and no other reviews), this is the genuine experience of someone who had surgery performed with them.

I had communication with hospital and a guy who introduced himself as one of the co-owners of the hospital. In the communication, he said that my request was justified and that I would get the money back but afterwards started to ignore and avoid my persistent messages. To this day, one year and eight months after surgery, I haven’t received any of my money back, so ultimately I can say that HOSPITAL WARRANTY MEANS NOTHING. Fake ratings, fake guarantees. They invested in marketing, however what you really get is fake promises and ruined appearance. And you pay for that! In normal countries, hospital should be closed by authorities.

4/5 et non 5/5 à cause de ma première traductrice francaise Madame Sürreya KENZEDDINE, incompétente et malpolie qui a fait de graves erreurs en me conseillant d’utiliser une machine de massage même pas un mois après la première greffe, elle a aussi donné mon numéro de téléphone sans mon accord à son ami des Pays-Bas pour un démarchage de prestations capillaire (la confidentialité n’existe pas pour elle), je nai eu que 3 ou 4 appels de suivi en un an, elle a été malpolie et s’en est moquée car elle va au Canada, etc etc.

Merci à la clinique d’avoir solutionné ce problème de traductrice en me proposant la parfaite Madame Nerguiz, compétente, professionnelle et bienveillante, grâce à qui je suis revenu faire ma deuxième opération dans cette clinique.

Tout se passe parfaitement avec Mme Nergiz, ses conseils sont formidables. Mme Nergiz est très professionnelle et très impliquée, elle prend son travail au sérieux et c’est un vrai plaisir, je ne pouvais pas rêver mieux. Son suivi est juste impeccable, Nergiz est très consciencieuse, elle veille à ce que je suive le processus depuis le début (suivi du lavage, élimination des croûtes, prise de vitamines, faire des massages, etc.) Je me sens bien encadré, bien pris en charge et psychologiquement c’est apaisant.

Nergiz s’efforce de prendre en charge à la fois les aspects médicaux et psychologiques. Ne change rien cher Nergiz, tu es le meilleur ! . Si un jour je dois revenir, je demanderais exactement la même équipe.

It’s been 11 months since I did my transplant and I just felt like my results were under what I expected; the hairs that have come through are thin. I know I still have another month, but throughout the experience, from the operation to the care, was a bit poor. When I told them I was vegetarian, they still got me meat, and also, when I asked them questions over the phone, they would never respond. Then, when they did, they just said the same thing over and over, like “give it time.” But at the same time, it’s fair for me to say it is a 5 out of 10 for me.
