The Hair Center of Turkey was a once in a lifetime experience! The staff were very professional in executing the procedures and very helpful from start to finish. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. The quality of service is very important in this line of work and so it was very satisfying to be treated beyond my expectations. Most especially the consultation I would say was top notch, each and every concern I had were addressed and answered by the English consultant. I would highly recommend anyone planning to have a transplant to choose Hair Center of Turkey.

Hair Center of Turkey

The Hair Center of Turkey is absolutely a five-star experience. Just finished my hair transplant on 3/17/22. I was coming from the United States, and many things, questions, anxiety, etc. ran through my head as I have never traveled to a foreign country before, yet alone by myself. From start to finish, MERVAN has been the man and the ULTIMATE resource. We messaged through WHATSAPP, and day or night, morning or evening, no matter the time, Mervan took the time to answer my questions very quickly, and I had A LOT of questions! He made me feel so at ease, and made everything super easy to travel across the globe to get this procedure done. All I had to do was arrange the flight and Mervan set everything else up for me. When I arrived at Istanbul Airport, I had a driver already waiting for me, Balil, super friendly. Took me to a five-star hotel Pullman Hotel (very nice hotel) where it was paid for by HCT for 3 nights. The ultimate VIP experience. Hotel was great, clean, provided free buffet-style breakfast, and was very close to the Hair Center. You NEVER have to worry about transportation, they’ve got you covered for the whole duration of your procedure. All the drivers, super friendly, always on time, and treat you very very well. They transport you back and forth from the hotel to the clinic, and even offered to take me to Grand Bazarre or anything else! (because I wanted to do some shopping on my trip).

For the beginning…I would like to thank to my consultant Oumaima. She was really nice, kind and very helpful to me. I think better consultation i couldn’t find.
