The whole procedure was quite smooth from arrival to departure. Upon arrival, the driver was already waiting for us and we had a good start. On the surgery day, I was picked up at the hotel and the pre-surgery consultation and the surgery itself went well. I am especially happy with the way you are treated at IdealOdMed. Everyone is so nice and supportive, which helps a lot on surgery day and afterward. The only point I found a bit annoying was the payment: I was asked to pay by cash, which is (in my opinion) not an ideal solution considering that one has to travel with a big amount of money in your hand luggage. Yet, I have to point out that there is also an option to pay by card if one decides to pay upon booking.
I spent months reviewing the 3000 clinics in Turkey online, reading reviews, watching you tube videos etc.
I finally decided to go with this clinic, their whatsup customer service prior to the surgery date was amazing.
When I arrived at the airport, the 5 star service begun. The hotel, the room, the buffet breakfast, the transportation to and from places and the fluent english at the clinic was excellent. The communication throughout the operation was excellent and the end result was above my expectations. They did a great job, very experienced and efficient team. The post care is also 5 stars. My only suggestion when picking a clinic, choose quality over quantity. There are a lot of hair mills here and not once did I feel like a number with this place. I also chose to stay an extra hotel night because I didn’t feel like flying out the day after surgery. If and when I have to do it again, I will choose the same clinic.

Mesmo sem eu falar inglês, o meu consultor Mesut foi muito paciente e gentil, me deixou seguro e tranquilo sobre o transplante. O hotel reservado para minha estadia era excelente, bem localizado, com um café da manhã incrível, e a poucos passos da clínica. Toda a equipe envolvida era muito gentil, e os motoristas também. Everything in the whole process was working well and I felt taken care off during my whole trip in Turkey as well as after. The procedure went well and I didnt have much pain or discomfort. Good experience in every way.

The entire team’s been very helpful throughout the hair transplant journey, pre-, post-, and during the surgery days. After doing a fair bit of research, I felt that the value for money this clinic offered was superior to others, and after having gone through the procedure, I feel happy with my decision. The entire staff, including the operational team, was hardworking and friendly. However, I still have to wait and see the final results as it does take about 9-12 months to show but I feel thoroughly satisfied with the whole team’s planning and execution.
