I had a hair transplant on 2/22/25 . Hotel and rid arrangements was good. Staff was very good. But I saw few negative things. 1) they took blood test 10 minutes before hair transplant. According to other clinics online they take blood test one day before surgery. 2) During the procedure thw female nurse cleaned all hair transplant tools with regular tap water and returned it back into her poch. Medically unhygienic and unsafe. I reported to my coordinator sinem. 3) the female nurse also had her mask half on and half off, she was talking throughout the entire process. It could contaminate the wound or the medical equipments.
They picked me up from airport and right away I felt I was a VIP. the hair operation price was very good and the staff are true professionals

On procedure day, I met Beyza, who guided me through registration with warmth and professionalism. The medical team, led by the surgeon, took time to explain everything. They carefully marked out the treatment areas and ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The actual transplant was surprisingly comfortable – I even dozed off several times! The only mild discomfort came during the initial numbing process, which they managed by using a smaller needle first to minimize any pain.
Post-procedure care was equally impressive. They provided lunch and sent me back to the hotel with a comprehensive care package including special pillows, pain medication, anti-swelling medication, antibiotics, and specialized shampoo. I’m scheduled for a follow-up tomorrow for bandage removal and hair washing instructions.

It’s been 20 months since my hair transplant, quite disappointed with the thickness of the hair.
I was a bit apprehensive before arriving. Absolutely no need upon arrival. Taxi waiting for the hotel.which was lovely by the way. Everybody at the clinic made me feel so at ease. And the lady that guided me through the whole procedure became like family. Fantastic results, fantastic people, fantastic hotel, I just cannot rate the whole Lenus clinic procedure highly enough.

Amazing service from the initial contact with Alice to the final send off by Beyza. Inbetween, everything ran like clockwork, the transfers from the airport to the hotel to the hospital and and back were on time.
It’s natural to feel nervous when you go to another country for treatment but Lenus has nailed it. I must say that Beyza made me feel at home and was with me every step of the way.
The technicians were very experienced and I always felt comfortable during the procedure.

Lenus Clinic, was excellent just want to say that I really appreciate the excellent service that you provided to me. From booking the hair transplant, to the procedure, and being very honest about my hair loss, you explained everything to me about what would happen over the video call. When I arrived in Turkey, the driver was waiting for me and took me to the 5-star hotel. On the day before the hair transplant, I was informed about what would happen during the day. On the day of the procedure, I was picked up and taken to the clinic. Upon arrival, I was met by an assistant who was there throughout the procedure, from the beginning until the end, checking on me throughout the procedure.
That was really good as I had mixed feelings and was a little bit nervous, which made me much calmer during the procedure. I am blown away by the 5-star service Lenus Clinic provided to me over the few days when I was in Turkey. The staff were very friendly, kind, honest, and professional.
