From the moment we landed untill the moment we left was a traumatic experience…
Aftercare in the hospital was a complete horror.
* as they prommis in the infobook you will have a translator, i had a translater only on the day of the surgery.
* I have had 7 canuala’s in 2 day’s the nurses couldn’t get them right.
* no nurse could speak english you have to use google translate to let them know what you needed and you have had to ask them multiple times, they were irritated.
* They don’t use painrelief unless you insist, i have had to ask so many times, they only gave it to me when i was crying my eyeballs out.
* the nurses worked without gloves and when i got my ct scan/ultrasound etc the bed wasn’t cleaned between clients, the floor was sticky.
* when you get youre discharge papers they copy paste and change the name of the patiënt.
* they use diffrent prices for the clients they receive.

I met Marney and was very surprised since they were very professional and kind. I’m not used to this in my homeland haha! After I got my hair done they were still contacting me and asking if everything’s going on well and if I need something. Yes I do! I need you guys to arrange my next trip to your place again! İstanbul was very beautiful, definitely coming again around next year and visiting you guys. Thanks for everything Marney!
It was a fantastic experience. Everything was clean and in a timely manner. I found them through Instagram and when I reached out to them they were extremely helpful and assisted me immediately. The process took 3 months in total and met up with team and the dr. online twice for consultation. I want to thank you again to the amazing team and my dr.
