I chose NowCosmetics surgery because I saw how highly it was rated and how good the reviews were. I’m now post surgery and post aftercare and I can say it was the best decision I’ve made. I’m very happy with the outcome.

This was my first procedure and I was nervous to start with, however John Davey was a great help and was very informative and supportive pre and post op. He’s very friendly and easy to talk to.

He was available to answer any question I had at any times of the day and replied very quickly. No questions were too silly to ask, he explained everything step by step which really helped me a lot. As it was my first surgery, he reassured me a lot and I can’t thank him enough.

I am very happy with my results so far and my super easy and speedy recovery.

I can’t wait to see the growth in my hair in the future.

I would like to thank Kerry for all of her hours of help and support every step of the way throughout my first ever hair transplant. The clinic in Manchester I would like to thank also as they have done an excellent job and I am over the moon with my results even at such an early stage. All of the staff on the day as well as Dr.Munir my surgeon were very reassuring and put me at ease straight away from the minute I arrived at the clinic. Kerry has always been on the other end of the phone to make everything run as smooth as possible for me and if you are thinking of having a hair transplant, I would say just go for it ! I would definitely recommend Now Cosmetics, not only are the staff professional and friendly but the aftercare from Kerry is exceptional. My only regret is that I did not have my FUE transplant done sooner !

I can’t give this company enough praise, from the very first contact with Scott, he puts you at ease, no pressurised selling, just detailed and honest feedback of what to expect if I decided to go ahead with the procedure, then he is there with you through every step, the surgery team are so professional and pride themselves on making sure the surgery day goes smoothly, then the after care by the lovely Kerry is second to none, constantly there for you if ever you need her, she leaves no stone unturned with making sure the 2 week healing process runs like clockwork. Like all companies, yes they are a business, but they honestly treat you like you are one of the family from start to finish, best decision i made was listening to other reviews and going with them, looking forward to seeing the results in 6 months time, thankyou to Scott,Kerry and all the team
