Smile Hair Clinic Review

After a recommendation of my brother in law I came to Smile Hair Clinic for my transplantation. I had a great experience. From the beginning to the end there was good care and good service with an end result that makes me happy every time I look in the mirror.

The plan to make everything easy and comfortable is a success. Prior information, on site examination et medical procedure, staff is very professionnal and even if they handle a lot of patients, they set a limit in order to get everything good. The transplant is not too painful, and done in great timing. The after operation tips are very good

I had a particularly bad start to my planned hair transplant with the flight out to Istanbul cancelled. I contacted smile and they were very helpful trying to accommodate helping to find alternative flights etc, even at very late hours. Once I arrived the transfer was nice and stress free and got to the clinic just in time for the appointment (luckily) the paperwork was easy enough to fill in, they gave me a quick snack and off I went. The procedure went fine, everyone was nice and kept checking on me throughout. I had a break to eat dinner and then continued until all was finished. Then was given instructions on the night ahead sleep etc & transferred to the hotel. Lovely hotel and just down the road. The next day I was picked up in the morning and went back to the clinic. Washed and new bandage put on and then a very informative video for the future care of my new hair. Transferred back to the airport.

Amazing concierge service, great people, professional clinic

I’m at my 14th day after the hair transplant and everything is fine. I’m satisfied with my experience. I look forward to see the final result.

I’ve just gotten my hair transplant done on my crown and temples at Smile hair clinic. My experience so far has been brilliant. The WhatsApp communication from the case managers is proactive and very helpful and informative. As far as the operation was concerned, the doctor and the assistants put me at ease, and even though the process was long, it was thorough and almost painless. The only slight discomfort is when the local anesthesia is administered which is rather quick and the pain is nominal. After that the process is painless. Very good and thoughtful consultation done by the doctors as well. Great staff all around, and a top notch hygienic and modern multistory clinic. I can easily and wholeheartedly recommend.
