I’m currently 3 months post operation, my donor area is completely healed and starting to thicken out again, there has been no numbness or tingling since the first month and overall my head feels completely normal. My recipient area has started sprouting hairs and growing, I’m very excited to see this improve in the coming months. The redness in the recipient area is also less noticeable (I believe it’s lasted this long because of my fair skin). Overall, very happy at this stage and excited for the future.

The clinic has been in contact with me on the dates they set out and anytime I wanted advice, I’ve been able to contact and receive a timely response.

Une expérience parfaite en attendant de voir le résultat finale , très bien organiser avec des chauffeurs ponctuelle et poli et une équipe de médecin compétant , j’avais même le droit à un traducteur car je ne parle pas anglais ! Un grand merci à Issa qui est tres gentil et souriant . Je recommande à ceux qui veulent ce lancer .

The experience with the team was amazing, very friendly kind and professional, the clinic provided a perfect experience with the hotel stay / food, travel and surgery. Everything was perfect and understandable pre operation and operation wise… i never realised we was being fed during our 15 minute operation break, so that was a brilliant surprise and very delicious after having to lay down for quite a long time, so it was needed the food. Doctor was very nice too , with regular check ins during surgery and making sure i understood the process and anything going on. The surgeons was great being professional at the process and they made sure i was aware to let them know if anything didn’t feel right with pain so they could fix it with more injected numbing etc. The only difficult part of the whole journey was during the surgery having the anaesthetic injections, they were so painful and felt weird going in the head… but it’s a understandable part of the process to enable numbing for the surgery to begin, and 10 minutes later after the injections kicked in i felt almost nothing throughout the whole surgery, except a few times when i was feeling a bit of pain, i let them know and they numbed it in those areas for me, as well as feeling a slight pinch sensation during the gathering of grafts, but it wasn’t painful maybe 1/10 pain during graft extracting, and the whole time the grafts was being put in my head i felt absolutely nothing 0/10 pain. I guess i was a little bit upset they wasn’t able to put any grafts into the crown area as it was important to me , but i trusted the doctors decision to create a good density front and mid hairline. I’m hoping the crown isn’t too thin of and bald looking when the rest of the hair grows through , maybe the crown will look okay but also making the decision to try minoxidil to try grow the crown back as suggested by one of the doctors that noted i have thousands of miniaturised hairs in the crown that could grow back with the minoxidil use for 12 months. But overall 10/10 of course i’m very happy with getting the chance to come and experience beautiful istanbul and have this surgery done, it should change my life still in a big way if the results are good for me
