I had my transplant done (around 4500 grafts) on Dec 8th. I’d say my overall experience is pretty nice. I chose the premium FUE package in which Dr Utkan did the design and the main channel part (a couple technician and nurse did the donor area graft extraction operation), in total it took about 10 hours I think? But honestly I didn’t feel that long as I felt asleep in the middle a few times and there’s a lunch break in the middle. All folks are pretty friendly. Zeynep, the coordinator, accompanied me throughout the process and explained well for post care too! The breakfast included hotel and luxury car pick-up and drop-off comes quite handy, while I am waiting for my results to come out, I am thankful for the good work Dr Utkans team performed.

The team at Unitedcare were friendly, organized and patient. Great customer service. I can’t wait to see the results in a few months.

Dr Utkan and his team did a phenomenal job in making the hair transplant a positive experience for me. This was the first time I had an operation of this nature and the team was very accommodating and made it a comfortable environment throughout the procedures. They did an excellent job on walking me through the plan, keeping me informed during each step of the way and with post-op care.

After doing a lot of research into a HT in turkey, I settled on unitedcareclinic with Dr Utkan. It’s always a risk flying overseas to an unknown medical system. Suffice to say, I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with unitedcare clinic. In the days after, one tends to meet others at the airport or restaurants who have gone through the same journey in Turkey, and there is a bond that brings us together to share experiences. I realised that not all experiences were the same, and it made me appreciate unitedcare all that more. I do know I paid a little more than some other places, but I believe it was well spent and would do the same again.

The company goes way above and beyond in caring for the patient. The whole experience was flawless. The clinic is clean and welcoming. The staff are amazing and the contact and care after the surgery is 5 stars.

Pre, during and post op not only did we have absolute white glove service but the results they provided are excellent! You will be treated as a friend or family and not a customer, the process and expectations are communicated to a detail, and their genuine care is felt through and through.
